We spent two nights here in October during the week and had a good experience. The sites are well-spaced and you don’t feel like you are on top of your neighbors. Amenities are typical of a Jellystone, lots of fun for the kids. The configuration of the park is such that many people rent golf carts because of the distance from one end to the other. I imagine it takes on a different feel during the summer when it’s packed. The only downside for us was that the camp store was closed during the week. They didn’t mention this at check-in, and it would’ve been good to know. There isn’t much in the surrounding area as far as stores or restaurants. Thankfully they had good WiFi because I otherwise had no service on Verizon.
