Not inviting at all. Nothing for kids. Poorly maintained.
Dated facilities, over 90% seasonal and permanent residents.

Very steep hill to climb up to park. Our 28ft dragged a bit. All of the facilities are very dated, though bathrooms clean and laundry facilities were economical. The park is primarily over 90% seasonal and permanent residents. The short term campers were located in the same area as the trailer storage. Some of the trailers were very old, so the view left a little to be desired. The staff were friendly, but seemed disorganized. We did experience some problems with varying levels of electrical current. Our TV would click off when the air conditioner or heater kicked on. We have a surge protector and would definitely not stay there without one.
