Trashy looking place, really run down with a bunch of old trailers living there.
Beautiful, quiet, scenic, comfortable!

During our month-long trip from Southern CA to Vancouver Island last July, this was our favorite place to stay! We intended to stay at the adjacent State Park and pulled into this private RV park by accident - just as well since we saw the next day that the park was full of large family parties and Scout troops. This place was beautiful! Our site backed right up to the Sacramento River. Big shady trees, grassy lawns sloping down to the river's edge, spotless restrooms and showers, small store, dock onto the river, friendly folks. The loudest noise was an occasional boat travelling up the river and the frogs singing at night. It was so lovely and peaceful, we decided to extend our stay another night.Rates are slightly less off season and away from the waterfront and for tent camping. There were quite a few long-term mobile home folks. Appears that most were Seniors.Very easy access. About 5 miles east of I-5 and a couple of miles west of 99. Good Verizon cell signal.
