This is, hands down, the most beautiful campground we have ever stayed at. Most of the rigs there are permanent, but if you can get one of the first few sites -- numbers 1 through 10 (or so), they creek is right behind you, you can hear the waterfalls, and you're parked under 80-100 foot tall trees. The campground livens up during the weekend, but during the week it was so quiet and peaceful. The playground was old, but fun. The kids LOVED it. The also loved the HUGE open grassy areas where they could play.Be warned getting there though: some of those hills around the campground are very steep. Take it slower than you think you should. In a year of hauling our 40' 5th wheel, coming to a stop at the base of a hill about 1/2 a mile from this campground is the first and only time I've smelled our brakes. There was absolutely no cell service at all (Verizon, AT&T, or Google Fi) within a mile of the campground, but they had campground wifi ($7 for the week) that was plenty fast to stream Netflix and take video calls. I wouldn't want to try it on the weekend when the place is full, but during the week it was great.Oh, one thing to note: their full-hookup sites are not sewage, only grey water dumping. They have leach pits, so you need to dump your black water in the community dump station on the way out of the campground. We had some rain while we were there, so the leach pits weren't very receptive to our 80g of greywater, though I think we got most of it out before the leach pit was saturated. We ABSOLUTELY will be coming back here.
