Was told all p.a sites were taken. Except the help told me they weren’t. Sewer lines run up hill, so nothing drains. Site is rutted badly and jimmy rigged water and sewer. And to top it all off owner is a crook. Made a bet with me I couldn’t find somewhere else cheaper, when I did, he welched on his bet. Great location, awful campground, no amenities, very expensive. Go elsewhere.

The most positive things I can say is I needed a site for an overnight and they had some; and it was quiet. Kinda a hole in the wall with plenty of permanent sites; some occupied with dilapidated rv’s. Area is not that well maintained and the hookups look more like an afterthought. No privacy and you can see most of the other rigs at any site. If you find yourself needing a spot on a Friday night or weekend in the Catskills, then this place could get you out of a pinch. Agent kept telling me what a deal I was getting at $42. The last 2 dry sites I used were half the price, cleaner, better laid out and maintained.
