The people who run it are very nice! The sites not so much. It felt like it was more for perm residents. We were one of two passer through campers. If you are a larger then us 35 Fifth wheel you might not want to try for parking it I mean it was tight turning. I would head down the road to the state park elephant butte. The driving there was kind of confusing as the signage just isn't good.
