Small park, has the basics, not in the best repair. A bit run down. There were bags of dog poop sitting at the hook ups of the next site near our door. Sites were close together, gravel, slightly unlevel. Lots of older run down rigs, full timers in the park.
Not Good

The owners were very nice but unlevel site with gravel on soft ground. Same experience as others with goatheads everywhere. Trash dumpster at back of site among derelict RVs. Some highway noise.

Zero amenities. No bathroom, no shower, no laundryOh dear god so many goat head prickles. Ruined a pair of shoes because I couldnt get all the spines out, and my cat refused to go on walks because she was constantly getting them stuck in her pawsThe dumpster is all the way on the other end of the park, it’s quite a walk

We had a quick stop here on our way to Arizona. The owner is friendly and very helpful on the phone, but the park is not well kept. We couldn't take our dog out to pee without him stepping in at least two goat heads. The site was very uneven. I will say the hookups worked.
Great views of sunset but park was a little rough.

Shelia the manager was very nice and accommodating. The park was mostly long term residents. Not trashy just different feel. The site was pretty unlevel and tight. It was easy to get to from the highway and is just south of Santa Fe. The price was why we stayed here. Most places in Santa Fe are way over priced for no amenities anyway. ...moreShelia the manager was very nice and accommodating. The park was mostly long term residents. Most places in Santa Fe are way over priced for no amenities anyway. This park does give you a great view of the famous high desert sunsets. I would stay here again if their price stays cheaper than everywhere ride.
Very friendly, quiet, easy access park

Sylvia, the owner is very friendly. She is working to make upgrades with more trees and leveling sites better. She has several long term renters. The park is very quiet and and easily accessible. She has some pull through sites. We would stay here again.
