Most sites have trees. Mostspaces are occupied by long term tenants as evidenced by skirting around the rigs. Evidentlyseveral children live here as well. There is a dedicated area to take dogs so they can do theirbusiness.Quite a few speed bumps. No gates so anyone can enter/exit at will. Laundry room andbathrooms have locks. Bathrooms are clean and free hot water. Pool/hot tub were closed. I stayed3 nights in April. It felt safe, so l'd stay here again. People said hello when walking and waved when they drove by.Worst thing was the number of speed bumps.useful but not really RV friendly.AT&T had 5G 5 Bar service

Bathrooms and showers are very nice and very clean. The park borders, what I think is a steel plant. On another side it shares the property with a storage facility. One side has a view of beautiful mountains which we couldn’t really see from our site. Hookups all worked great and the park was pretty quiet.Upon arrival we were given a page of dog rules that included no barking! Not allowing your dog to go to the bathroom except in the small pet area and small dog walk, neither of which were even slightly inviting. If you violated any rules you would be fined $25 per in incident! I gave it three stars because of the questionable properties surrounding the park and their decidedly NOT pet friendly rules.
Surprisingly quiet

Clean, quiet park with friendly staff. I mentioned quiet because there are businesses all around as well as busy roads. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Two dog parks. Didn’t use the amenities. We felt completely safe here. We would stay here again.

This place has numerous speed bumps (not pleasant in a 25 ft motorhome) and is next to an industrial site with rusting containers in back. Did not hook up water due to this. Two properties away is a jail with a large barbed wire fence. Our plan had been to spend 3 nights here and visit Santa Fe. We couldn’t wait to leave. Nothing there except Walmart (next to jail) and strip malls. We left after 1 night and went to Santa Fe (wonderful town) and then drove on E of Santa Rosa on route 40 as we were heading east.

I was happy to find a place outside the city, but still convenient to shopping. This park is the most expensive we have stayed at so far, but we ended up with one of the best sites in the park. We were at the end of a row, with a shaded area above a round concrete table with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains. In all, we had a great experience at this park and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The park is small and therefore a little crowded. There are only two pet-friendly areas in the park and they are two adjacent fenced-in, sandy areas. With a busy park full of small dogs, it was difficult to find an opportunity to take my two larger dogs to the parks - we often had to take some walks around the paved roads to wait our turn. We did not use any of the facilities, but there is a very small laundry room, showers, fitness room, outdoor pool, and indoor hot tub.
Clean. Nice. Didn't check much out though.

We needed to shut it down while traveling across the country and desperately needed someplace with full hookups for one night. The attendant was wonderful and even sent me directions via text message on how to get there. Lots of big rigs in this spot. We didnt check out any of the amenities but the dog park was a bonus.
