Enjoyed our stay here. Nice views. Very clean. Nice fishing lake. Lots of off road vehicles driving everywhere. Also very close camping sites and fairly noisy with large family gatherings and lots of barking dogs. Might not be the best place for over 55 crowd looking for quiet but overall very nice RV park.We had a cell phone ...moreEnjoyed our stay here. Nice views. Very clean. Nice fishing lake. The location is great, but the spaces were very close causing tricky parking. The wifi was useless (which is common in the mtns) and cell needed a booster. The grounds were dirt with a little gravel, so dirty and muddy; and the laundry room was too small with several machines broken.

Nightly rate here for a MONTHLY is VERY reasonable, but they only have a small hand full of monthly sites. From what I heard though from others the normal nightly rate is pretty standard.Everything about Red River is amazing: the summer temps, the slower pace, the family environment, etc. And River Ranch RV is no different.The park offers laundry and bathroom/shower facilities, a community room with free WiFi and lending library (which is where I worked a lot).Lots of sites are under trees, except for those around the pond, but perfect location if you want to fish, you no need to run your ac here, even without tree cover.Our family absolutely loved River Ranch and will definitely be back.Only downside was that AT&T had very poor coverage here. Pretty much non existent. I could get a call in on occasion if I hiked up on the hill by the cabins. My Wife's go-phone had excellent reception though, not sure the carrier.
