While the closest Colorado State parks were full and New Mexico state parks closed to anyone out of state and to everyone for camping, I was able to easily obtain a great spot at NRA Whittington.Campendium has two entries for the same camp ground, be sure to see both. This one - https://www.campendium.com/nra-whittington-center-campgroundAnd another one which has more reviews - https://www.campendium.com/nra-whittington-center-rv-parkNot only is this a full featured RV park which is very easy to access but it is also a full featured rifle range. See the main page for the NRA Whittington Center at http://www.nrawc.org/ or the various camping opportunities there at http://www.nrawc.org/wc-experience/lodging-cabins-camping/ with RV specific details towards the bottom of the page.

-Dirt/mud camp sites, not level, many had bad ruts. It was difficult to level the trailer because the blocks sunk in the mud. -Bad WiFi - intermittent connection and only 1 bar when it did work. -We connected to the water after setting up and it didn't work. Contacted the office and they would not make any change to site or price. They actually acted like it was our fault. -The only restrooms were in a separate loop over 1/2 a mile away. No picnic tables, fire rings or any amenities. So, we ended up paying $35 for a 30 amp hook up and a dump site and a muddy place to park.
