Nice, clean, safe and convenient. We decided to stay here last minute on a long road trip. There are a lot of people and you can hear the freeway. But it's Las Vegas so it's expected! We could not have been happier with our decision.

Oh well! Live and learn. I’m sure it is a great resort for RV’s!

Large complex, tightly packed spaces, no picnic table, most important problem is poor connectivity. Highway & airport noise can be an issue. Good laundry.

An odd spot and grateful for it in the middle of Henderson/Vegas metroplex. Sites are close together but enough room to get out the sliders. Many sites are cinder/sand, some have grass struggling to survive.Interesting rules about pets - signs posted on the dog pens (dog runs they call them) stating they have cameras and you’ll incur a $25 fine for not picking up dog waste. While the pens were cleaned up, I did see some dog waste elsewhere in the community.900+ sites and two high rises overlooking it, it feels a bit like a crowded fish bowl.Bathrooms are self contain and clean and private. Showers good, although took four or five gallons to get hot water - a waste for a water-starved area. They have recycling. Good to drop off the stuff we collect on our trip and take home if we don’t have a place to recycle. Not everyone follows the rules here either.

It doesn't feel like camping, but after all, this is Las Vegas, not a real camping area. This place is clean, well run, and the location is close to everything including the Strip and the airport. The staff are also very helpful. Especially one of the managers named Cindy. Everytime I call her she goes out of her way to help. The bathrooms are clean and private and the laundry is the cheapest we have seen in about 17 months as full-timers ($1.50 wash, $1.00 to dry). In addition, the wifi is actually quite decent, at least in our spot. We were able to stream shows through our Roku without a problem. There are a couple of negatives worth mentioning:Noise - The I-15 freeway is very close and sometimes it sounds like a racetrack.Cost - Our monthly rate was $1,045, including tax for a "Deluxe Pull-through" big enough for our 39 ft 5th Wheel and 3500 Long Bed Truck. I guess that isn't too bad when you consider the location. Also, electric is 16 cents/KW/hr which can add up quickly.

Though I was pulling a fifth wheel, he couldn’t seem to understand that we weren’t just visiting someone - even though I told him more than once we had site reservations. Beautiful entrance into the checking area. Setting up in our nice pull through at sunset, I immediately noticed a strong sewer smell. Next morning realized the person in the site before had not secured the dump cap! We would have appreciated better signage in the park directing you to the exit. Leaving the park you must turn right even though the freeway is just to the left. Not a big deal, but be advised. This was only a brief overnight visit, but I’d have no problem recommending Las Vegas Oasis.

There are a wide variety of site types, even some that have grass if you want to pay for it, so be sure to review the Resort Map on their website and consider that I-15 is adjacent to the resort. Thee is a big dog park, pools for the kiddies as well as a separate adult only one. Our only complaint is that for some inexplicable reason, the bar would not serve us a drink to take outside?!? Very odd for Vegas, especially in Covid times, so they lost out on more revenue from us.It's a little south of the strip, but close enough to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer at a great rate of $66/night.

Located fairly well South of the Strip, it's away from all the hustle, bustle, and homeless, yet close enough to make your way into the melee for some entertainment. 24-hour security at the front with a roving patrol. From the minute you park and walk into the elaborate main building, you feel like you're in a Vegas-worthy RV resort. Then the pools (kids and adult) can be seen to the rear and you know you're in Vegas (bring your own beach towels). Bath houses are clean, with laundry room as well. The park also offers concierge services to aid their guests. Onsite restaurant is available in the main building, with a fairly reasonable breakfast. There's also a guest market with some staple goods and miscellaneous camper and guest items as well. It was extremely hot during our visit so no noise concerns over the hum of our A/C. Plenty of grassy areas for our pet to walk through (plenty of rock and pavement as well).

Because we didn’t have pets, they put us in the “No Pets” section which is right by the 15 - lots of freeway noise and smelly air, so I didn’t want to open the windows of the RV unless I had to. It’s like you are being punished for not having a pet! We were in a Deluxe site, but there really wasn’t much Deluxe about it. No grass, just concrete and gravel with a picnic table for 6 and a really small tree. Not bad enough to complain about, but I would ask for a site in the Pets area further in if they would let me have one if I come back again. Lots of places for the kids to ride their bikes and they even made friends the first night that we arrived. The sites are pretty well packed in, and this place is huge! Cafe had simple breakfasts and food available. No fire pit. Has individual bathrooms with showers that have good pressure and hot water! Family Pool was great, a little cooler (but was heated) in the morning which felt nice once it started getting warmer (in the 80s) around noon. Has two showers outside by the pool that seemed like they were only cold water but once they sat in the sun for a bit, the water was warm. Lots of room in the family pool which went from 3-5’ deep. Adult pool has a hot tub which was closed because there was no way to social distance in it.Convenient to a lot of places - we did have to do a lot of U-turns because of the one way traffic outside of the resort (and we needed to go the other way). The roads are super wide, so it wasn't a problem.

We lucked out at check-in that nobody was in front of us so it was pretty quick. They sent us to our spot a little backwards and we had to end up going around a "do not enter" street to back into our spot after the incorrect directions. Luckily a couple spots around us were empty so we had room to maneuver. Otherwise it would have been really tight with a 42ft 5th wheel.Full hookups (50amp power, 55psi water, sewer). The water spigot dripped a little no matter how we attached our hose and regulator but we attached to the 2nd spigot and it was fine. With it dropping into the low 30s at night, we didn't want any dripping water.Smith's grocery store is just down the block. Restaurants and other shops aren't far away either. Pretty easy to get to just off the freeway but you want to make sure you're in the correct lanes to turn or you might have a hard time crossing a few lanes of fast traffic.

The Oasis is HUGE with a Cafe, adult & family pools, hot tub (out of service during our stay), exercise room, 18-hole golf putting course, bangin' cell & wifi, and good security. The sites are a little more spacious than most RV parks, many have some shade, all have fairly bright lights at the electric boxes. The park is bordered by two freeways and under the airport flight path. The air noise wasn't too bad. Neither was freeway noise in the daytime but sounded like a speedway at night. Security & cafe staff were super friendly and responsive. Front desk & store staff were generally friendly. We were surprised that given the number of groundskeeping staff we saw daily, litter was everywhere. We cleaned up a pile of debris from our site after setting up. Apparently the signs everywhere warning pet owners of the rules, restrictions, security cams, & fines, are all bark & little bite. We cleaned up other dogs' poop & saw dogs exercised in off-limit areas daily. (We also have dogs and do our best to be responsible, considerate neighbors.) If you're into large RV parks, this one overall is nice, and most of the staff are great.

The only issue we have is when we use water for washing dishes it has a very stron sewer smell. (I have to pour a splash of bleach down the drain and keep the water stopper in it.) They recently are requesting you wear a mask if you are sitting out by the pool, but if you are IN the pool you are ok.. even if you are all alone and social distancing they ask you wear the mask ???? makes zero sense. Wi-Fi is ok not the best, but not the worst.

I booked a deluxe pull-thru online to get the 10% discount for the first night and then made a reservation for our night on the way back the morning we left. I was happy that they offered the same discounted rate. We grabbed a takeout breakfast and coffee from the cafe which was decently priced. Didn’t use the pool, but checked out the showers which were clean and spacious. Be aware of the sprinklers if you leave your stuff out. Luckily it dries quickly in 100 degree heat by 9am. The list of vendors they refer to for cleaning and repairs if you’re in need was impressive. We’ll come back to use as an overnight stop or stay a couple days when COVID is over.

I received a reply requesting a call to verify my credit card information and confirm the reservation. Accessing the entrance is very easy, heading east or west on Blue Diamond Hwy 160, which is right off I-15. There is a small guardhouse at the entrance where everyone coming in has to show ID or their pass. There are at least 10 large parking slots for rigs to pull into while completing check-in at the main building. Checking in here is like checking in at a Las Vegas hotel. There were 3 agents at a reception area, which was adjacent to the store, restaurant, pool area, and other services. We were provided with a color brochure & map, a rule book, several other full sheets and half sheets of paper and a couple of drink cards. I'm not sure I ever made it through all this stuff but one thing that really stood out is that this resort has several independent full-time service providers - RV washing, detailing, repair, custom sunscreens, tank flushing, etc. Noah from Red Rock RV Wash did a great job on my rig and several more each day we were there. Prices vary so shop around. The WiFi wasn't usable for us, perhaps due to our location relative to the antennas but we had great cell signals. Surprisingly, despite being so close to these major roads, there wasn't any discernible road noise in the resort. The final approach glide path for the airport is just west of the resort but wasn't really noticeable either unless you were outside. For as large as this resort it (granted, the space between sites is not huge but better than most WITH a nice picnic table) it didn't seem congested or noisy. The laundry (there are several throughout the resort) was well maintained and reasonably priced ($1.50-$2.00 wash and $1.75 dry). Hookups were very conveniently placed for efficient access. There are numerous dog areas throughout the park, with the largest one being outside the main entrance. In order to get there without having an accident along the way, many campers drive out and park right in front of the dog park. Accessing the strip is very easy, due north on either I-15 or S. Las Vegas Blvd. We had a great time and the Oasis certainly ranks as one of the nicest urban RV parks we've visited.

We figured we wouldn't need a reservation at the end of August but we were lucky to get a standard site. We paid $35 for a single night stay with an "end of season discount" that they were offering. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer) Stayed in site 469.The access right off the freeway was nice, although it can be a bit tricky getting out with so much traffic. The entrance gate was backed up just about every time we came and went. And when we first arrive we waited in line for about 10 minutes and then once we parked for check-in we waited another 15 minutes. So be prepared to spend some time getting in when you arrive. It was a little tight navigating the roads with a big rig (we have a 42ft 5th wheel). The sites were pretty narrow and short so people parked their vehicles and campers hanging out into the narrow streets. That didn't leave much room for cars to pass and we had a couple games of chicken during our stay. Our site was too small for our truck so we parked a couple rows away in guest parking. The garbage cans were almost always full so we would walk around looking for an empty bin.It was surprisingly quiet for being near Las Vegas and such a large resort.

We had a Deluxe site - note that it clearly says on the website that "some" of these sites have lawns so don't be surprised if you get concrete and gravel. The other sites that have lawn are much nicer and I'd pay the extra money for one next time.Decent spacing between sites with a few trees throughout. 50 amp and all utilities worked well. For being in town, between two freeways, the park is surprisingly darker than most, which we love. Planes fly over all day and much of the night - like most of Las Vegas. We don't use any amenities, but this place has several. Very nice lobby and check in area. Small store looks like it has what you'll need. On-site restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. The person at the entrance kiosk fills out a form when you arrive so it holds up all the vehicles coming in. As a result, there is often a delay getting into the park.Park WiFi worked most of the time.

It was clean, with a grand entrance, on the outskirts of town. It seemed well run and the laundry was convenient and clean for a quick load. Sadly we were there the night of the Vegas Massacre shooting...we could actually hear the concert music that night. I don't recall seeing security, but it seemed like a safe park. There was a mix of travelers and long-term residents. This was an unscheduled stop, so we called an hour before pulling in to access availability. We had a long pull-through, so we could stay hitched for a quick night of sleep. Pricey for a safe place to rest your head, but I would consider it for a longer stay if we were in the area and could use the amenities, such as the pool. Easy access to the highway and about 3 miles from the south end of "the strip."

Most of the site are pull-through sites, but there are also some back-in sites. There are several large parking spots after entering the park where people can park and go check-in at the office. The staff at check-in was very friendly, and the same can be said for the security guards at the entrance. We felt that the security guards at the gate are only for show. Unfortunately, we encountered a woman at the dog park, which is just outside of the main gate, who didn’t want her dog playing with ours, and ended up threatening to shoot us. We called the police and let security know, but they didn’t care much and let the woman back in the RV park without getting ID. When the police arrived, they couldn’t find the woman in the park. So, don’t let the security fool you; keep your eyes open and be aware of your surroundings. Also, the internet IS NOT useable when the park is about 50% full. So don't expect there to be wifi that works. Verizon and T-Mobile are pretty weak here, too.

All of the sites are pull through with full hookups and it's mostly huge motor coaches and giant fifth wheels. For us, personally, we prefer a more idyllic spot to park. There is a pool and an adult pool that are pristine and enjoyable. The market is very well stocked and there are a ton of convenient amenities available. We had our propane tanks picked up, refueled and returned to us at our spot. A third party is also available for trailer washing and detailing. The bathrooms are private which is nice, but hot water could be a bit inconsistent and the bathrooms don't seem to be well ventilated which can make them steamy and brutal in the Las Vegas heat. Based on the size of the average rig there, I assume a minority of guests even use these facilities. The wifi was also very problematic during our stay, but a long term renter told us that our stay was unusually bad.At the end of the day, this place is convenient and offers all of the creature comforts while being 5 minutes from the Strip, so it's got a lot going for it. There is, however, no natural beauty to be found on site. This is a fully stocked crash pad only.

They have a family-friendly pool and an adult only pool. It's very close and convenient to everything in Vegas. What I didn't like is that the sites are SO close together. It's a typical RV park that likes to squash everyone in like sardines. You have zero privacy at this park, and it's also a noisy area day and night. We use our A/C fan overnight so the noise didn't bother us. Verizon coverage worked very well here, but the park wifi did not.

The place is really large with hundreds of sites. They can also accommodate a wide range of rigs. It was obvious that some rigs were there for longer periods of time, but nothing seemed to be in disrepair. They have a maned security checkpoint at the entrance of the park which is nice as it helps keep miscellaneous people off the property. There is some road traffic in the area but we did not find the noise to be that difficult to deal with. They are "dog friendly" but as other reviews say, the accommodations for dogs are not very good. There are some small "dog runs" which are like 10x10 fenced areas that are on rock and are intended for the dogs to do there business. They have sings all over saying to keep dogs off the grass. All in all it was a good place, but like many of these larger resorts, there are some rules you will need to follow.

Check-in was easy and friendly. But the "dog walking" areas are tiny (12'x14'), no shade, no water, paved with sharp, hot gravel. There is grass at the resort, but it's off-limits for dogs, along with pretty much all the common areas. Each morning (early!), I met people walking their dogs, who then had to lock them up in their air-conditioned RVs all day. Even my 14-year-old pup can't sleep that much. That being said, for people, the place is great. Clean laundry and restrooms. Nice pools and clubhouse. We didn't try the cafe, but the business center (aka: store) was efficient and inexpensive. One cool thing was the pizza delivery company (Pizza My Dear, an "authorized" vendor) -- when I ordered our pizza, the woman taking my order said, "We deliver there a thousand times a day!" Nice -- my Chicago-born husband says the Chicago style was "very good" -- when it's over 100 degrees out and you don't want to cook. And you're stuck inside, keeping your dog company...WiFi worked well with both Verizon and AT&T. Sites were paved and very close to perfectly level. When we were there, it was too hot to sit outside, but the areas outside were fairly roomy and most had picnic tables. To be honest, we were only in Las Vegas because it was a place to pass through, but it was close to casinos and shopping, so if you are "doing" Vegas, and don't have a dog, this was a great place.

It was quite the contrast going from a remote area with the nearest person a block or so away to an urban RV park. Although we are not big fans of RV resorts, this was is very nice with a great location just a couple of miles south of the heart of the strip. Everything is well maintained and clean. We did have guests for one night and they said the showers were cold and low water flow.Lots of rules and they are strictly enforced. Our neighbor received a written warning for a little dog fence left at the entrance to their rig. Security seams very tight with a 24 hour person at the gate.Pools and the pool area was attractive and well maintained but the family pool was closed while we were there due to the colder season (kids could swim in the adult pool). A small restaurant is also on site. We had no problems with Verizon and ATT coverage.Being in the city it has noise with both road noise and lots of jets being close to the airport. It seams like it is the best option near the strip so I'm sure we will be back when spending time in Vegas.

There are individual bathrooms with private showers, and I think they get cleaned daily. There are a variety of rates here depending on how much you want to spend. I think it's worth it to spend a little more and get a picnic table and some grass. We always book a site between 662-668 to have a "view" of the dog runs and horseshoe pits.I'm not sure what the issue is with Verizon at this park, but the signal is really terrible, though AT&T is quite strong. I've tried using the RV park wifi and it's generally pretty slow. We've left our RV here in "storage" mode a few times, which means we were parked in the long-term (not as attractive) section of the park, completely unplugged. No power, no water no sewer and it costs $10/night. Then when we returned, we switched back to the regular nightly rate for the remainder of the stay. Super convenient.Rate reflects Good Sam Discount.
