It is noisy on a good day (freeway right there) but can be (& was) extremely bad this past stay for us. Racing cars & motorcycles on Fwy & nearby streets all night long; the fire station nearby had vehicles running code all night long; nearby gunshots (no joke) at various points during night. RV park had a few nice rigs in it but also had some really old fairly broken down rigs with some sketch people as well.Didn't see much hotel security the 1st day & night but did see them cruising through the area on check out day. We also didn't see any vagrants inside the property while there which is kind of amazing as the homeless / vagrant situation right outside the park & extending a mile or so to the North is of biblical proportions. They currently have about 1/3rd of the grounds blocked off (not in use). Seemed to have a good handle on trash pickup but weeds / grass prevalent around the pavement. We only use this place for a crash pad spot once or twice a year during times we wanted to hang out for events like concerts, beer festivals etc around the Downtown/Fremont area but after this last stay the odds we use it again are a lot slimmer than they ever were. They really need to get a handle on who they let stay here as some of the 'guests' gave us more cause for concern than the homeless outside the property so to speak. I'm generally not for the 10-year-rule for rigs at RV parks but some of the people staying here are poster children for why those policies exist at certain parks. Back pre-covid when it was around $30 a night this was a better option but for north of $50 now we'd be hard pressed to consider staying here an ok thing. Plenty of big-rig parking / 'oversize' parking just off the street before you physically enter the RV park itself. I would recommend parking there & checking it. Or, better yet, call the hotel front desk & ask if you have an assigned spot # & drive to it then walk over to the hotel to check in. There's not enough parking at the hotel main front area to mess with trying to park there & get checked in, at least in my opinion. We didn't use the showers/bathrooms & under so circumstances would we due to the perceived crime threat in the immediate area. We did see some people using them but it's a hard 'no' for us. Also, note the pull-thru slots can have you placed so the utilities are on the wrong side of your rig....it's luck of the draw which side you end up on or you'll have to drive into the site 'backwards' if you want the utilities on the driver's side of your camper.

This is a parking lot that they put some hookups in. Surprisingly the bathroom have been redone and are the only thing worth paying to stay here. Right next to the overpass and we were backed up against the on ramp so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, especially Saturday night. You have to go to the Casino to check in and get your key card for the bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again unless we were desperate. Lots of trash and homeless in the area, definitely a sketchy spot.

Didn't care for the utility setup as it's in an enclosed 'box' type deal shared with neighbor. Sewer drain was contained inside this 'box' & it had no cap on it... lots of flies even with the outer door closed. Not a place at all where you're able to enjoy sitting around your RV relaxing as there's no space, noise, & surrounding area loaded with vagrants / crime. Would not stay here in the summer months as there's essentially no shade which means it's brutally hot during the Jun-Sep timeframe. Will we stay here again for a quick OVN, yes. But I have to emphasize being on your game in regard to protecting yourself & your property while here.

Yes, there is a security guard that drives through the campground but I think the thieves have done this before and know how to grab what they want and go before security gets back. Sad morning for us. Lost about $5500 between both bikes. We have traveled for almost a year with our bikes and Vegas is where we lose them. We checked in at 1130pm and woke up to find our bikes gone at 7am.

Showers weren’t overly private, but were clean and required a key card to access. Security supposedly regularly drove the lot, but we never saw them. There was a heavy mix of old and new RV’s. Overall we felt safe the whole time and loved the location. If you have been to Fremont Street and know what to expect you won’t be disappointed, if you are expecting a 5 star hotel experience or something like the main strip then stay elsewhere.

So I go and get a refund for the third night I was going to leave first thing in the morning. When I return to the site there was a bunch of kids hanging off my pin box. So I go back and get my refund for tonight and split. There was either a gunshot or an explosion of some sort last night that woke me up.

They gave us site #164, this is a back in site not big enough for us so I called back and they said to take site 162 instead, this is 9the exact same as 164 which I told the lady on the phone so then she assigns #196...I hang up, we drive over and that site is taken, I call back AGAIN and she says to take #190...ALSO taken...she then says we can take #192 but this site is more expensive...I told her we will discuss that when I come to check in. At check in she tells me that it is Nascar weekend and prices are raised to $43.90...I was quoted at $33 at the time of booking and after some discussion I got the $33 rate. Now let's talk about the location...there are numerous people here that are clearly homeless, druggie homeless, with multiple people living in run down trailers (one is literally duct taped on all corners). The freeway offramp is right next to us, train tracks are across the street and it is in the flight path...You will hear planes, cars, trucks, air brakes, and motorcycles all night. If it was more like $15 a night I wouldn't complain but at $33 a night (almost $43), it is a bit much.

Your door will open to the neighbors, and won't be able to put out the awning more than a couple feet. The main street casino is attached to the lot, bartenders are very relaxed. Put $20 in the machine tell them your gambling, and drinks will be free all night. Just make sure to tip, and the keep coming. The RV lot is about 3 blocks to fremont street, we didn't even use our toad while in town since we could walk/bike to everything. Didn't use restrooms or laundry, but heard they are cleaned and maintained. There is a decent amount of road noise, and homeless in the area. Never noticed them walking through the lot, and we never felt unsafe. Parking lot has security patrol throughout the day and night. We never felt unsafe, also didn't leave things outside unattended. Call and make a reservation, they'll tell you the spot number. When you get there, pull into your spot, then walk over to the casino. Check in is at the hotel checkin area. Cell service was great for At&T. Couple people had to move spots because there power pole didn't work. I suggest plugging in a making sure its good before unhooking.

After a few days here power was off for most of day but thankfully we have a generator for our air. Came on just before bedtime. I guess it happens when everyone is running air although most people near us still had power. Walking distance to Fremont Street. Signs all over about keeping pets off of gravel areas and to use the dog park which is a fenced off area under the overpass to freeway. Most didn’t heed signs. Speaking of on ramps, right next to one but didn’t much bother us although fire station across street was very busy. Lots of homeless around but didn’t bother us. Lots of security in park. Not supposed to stay more than two weeks but met a fellow who is by laundry room whose been here two years and evidently staff doesn’t care.

That way you can park in your spot and then walk over to the hotel to check in.I watched a guy pull up next to a vacant motor home, pull a ladder out of his car, put said ladder up to the motor homes window and climb in to help himself to the contents inside. I called security who called Las Vegas PD. The PD came out but the guy said he was the brother of the guy in the motor home he broke into so they let him go.Two days later, a neighbor of the same motor home that got broken into went over to the motor home and took a walker and a microwave. I called security again and they again called Las Vegas PD. Las Vegas PD again said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't get in touch with the guy who owned the stuff that was taken. From what I was told, the guy with the motor home was in the hospital and unable to take calls. I don't know if the police were just lazy or they really couldn't do anything. I witnessed both of these things happen first hand. I wished I would have videoed it to show the cops. Security does drive around a lot and they are very responsive. I don't think we would stay here again though. This place is right at the very end of Fremont street so it would be nice if it were more secure. Advice to management, clean up the riff raff living here full time. This RV park is supposed to be for guests of your casino, not thieves.

Yes it is essentially a parking lot next to the Highway and yes it is a bit noisy cause of the freeway and the Fire department are right next to the camp site. I do not mind any of that so I was fine. there is a dog run, it is very close to the Fremont St. (old Vegas) great food reasonable prices, the alcohol is a bit expensive so I suggest you stop at one of the hotel stands get your self your first beer at one of the stands (you want the cup) then after you are done with the beer keep the cup and go to one of the small liquor stores within the freemont strip and get your self 2 tall cans for 7 dollars because at the hotel stands you only get 1 can for $7. Also if you drive there I recommend driving the entire Vegas boulevard from the famous Vegas sign to Freemont St. so you can experience New and Old Vegas. also there are a lot of homeless persons walking around the area where you will be staying but don't worry they are harmless and also the hotel has a robing guard (security guard in a vehicle driving frequently through the parking lot)

Main Street Station was a very special find (in our opinion). Although you will probably see many homeless on the sidewalks as you drive in (depending on the approach - as this is near a shelter, food cupboard and soup kitchen), do not be discouraged. They do not come near and we didn't see them in the park at all.The RV park is across the street from the Casino, restaurant and lounge. You enter the park by a short drive between to big parking lots. We arrived about 1P and drove through the lot picking a large 60' drive through site. There are water, electric and sewer hookups in nice stations between each two lots (so look at your hook up and how you want to face). It was not busy and lots of extra space. Another option would be to stage in the parking lots on the way in. You walk across and register. We did not call ahead for a reservation but probably would in the future. After a couple of nights stay, the park was beginning to fill up.The area is clean, neat, great security, they have an older coin op laundry (very hot water), and showers (access with your key you get on registration). There is a dog run under the highway - and they are strict about using it. They do say small dogs and only 2 but we have a lab and she was ok. There is a charge for pets.We found this to be a sweet little oasis within walking distance of Fremont. Although beside the highway, the noise didn't bother us but it might some.Food and craft beer across at the Restaurant was very good and reasonable. We did the buffet one night - many selections.

The Hotel/casino is on the south side of the freeway on Main Street. There is no info on the Hotel website about the park, but the sites ARE reservable. The desk clerk said it is best to call an hour ahead of your arrival to make sure something is available. After you are set up, walk under the freeway to the hotel desk to check in. They will charge your card a $100 deposit plus your nightly fee. They may not tell you this when they do it, so be aware. I am assuming of this writing that it will be credited back when we return the key cards. The key cards are for the laundry, restrooms and showers. Which are literally under the freeway. Laundry was clean and all the machines were functioning. $1.50 for a wash and $1.00 per dry. No place to sit down. Showers and bathroom were old but clean enough. There is one sewer for each two spots, so if you are on the wrong side you will want to make sure your hose us long enough. And it may be right at your front door depending on your layout. And let's not forget that the fire station is a half block away, too...All that said, it is cheap, pretty easy to get to and walking distance to the old part of town.
