The price at Circus Circus was crazy- $120 a night, because it was the weekend, but also not too surprising that it’s so expensive because it’s Vegas!. It is a parking lot, nothing fancy, but located right by the LV strip, and not a terribly far walk to the Monorail access. The bathrooms were very clean, and the whole place really was pretty tidy. It is Vegas- so it is noisy pretty much everywhere you go, including this place. We had no problems here- pretty basic experience- and I’m just relieved we had a place to stay!

Each site is spaced appropriately for easy back-in or pull thru with ample space to park tow vehicle. Security staff and park staff are so nice and helpful. The facility is dated and could use some TLC. As always, it’s a good idea to use a surge protector in between your RV’s plug and the power outlet. We had no issues with sewer drain and water spigot placement, to stay connected to the RV while parked. The RV park is convenient to the strip but about a 1/2-1 mile walk to anything touristy, but a bus stop is right in front of the Circus Circus Hotel. The only major negative was the road in and out, around the outside of the RV Park. It is rough! Pot holes and speed bumps. Again, the RV Park needs a facelift but it’s a decent park for being right in the middle of town. Lastly, this park is calm and quiet. We’d stay again for sure.

The park is a terrible parking garage2. My site was faulty and it burned my RV cable as well as my fuse box - see pictures attached (thanks god nothing else happened to the RV - a new 2020 Ford F-350 motor home 25Ft.)3. It took 1.5 hours until the site manager and the hotel security arrived to file a report.4. After 2 months ‘investigating’ the case they did not even bother to call me and say it was declined, when asking why it was declined they simply said - nothing is wrong on our side and it was your fault. And if you want anything else go to the court!!! Can you believe it??? 5. I did not ask them for any compensation for the damage to the RV (for what we have insurance right?) and only asked for a refund of 1 out of the 2 night I stayed - well It was mistake. They were fighting with me to a point they said again feel free to take it to the court as we will not refund you the $63. Guys they were aggressive about 63$. Will never stay in a site like this, both terribly maintained and dangerous too as well as horrible customer service. Book at your own risk!

Just a converted parking lot but if you call and have a circus circus card from casino you get a discount on lot. Stayed here last year also and no issues. Can catch the Deuce on strip nearby and ride all day for $8. Laundromat dirty but machines work.

I should have asked for a back-in which would have been closer but no big deal. There were a lot of available spaces when I was there. I saw another RV washing their rig, so I did the same which was a huge plus for me.

I have a 25 foot cord, 20 foot sewer, 25 fort water hose which none of would reach unless my nose of my class A was blocking the roadway. They basically took an old abandoned parking lot and converted it to an RV park. The long term residents appear to be hoarders, the homeless have found this place to charge their cell phones, get water, and leave their trash. It is very well lit which is a positive and a negative. For the same price I could have stayed at the luxurious Motor Coach resort a few minutes away from the strip. It was quiet, but my A/C drowned out the noise of the freeway.

It is right off the freeway and they can accommodate very large rigs.

Security vehicle came around regularly and when we walked in we were stopped which I thought was a good thing. They lock gate at 8 so if you’re out late get a card key from hotel registration to get back in. There was less public begging than our last visit and cops were out policing vagrants so I think that helps. This was bought out by MGM and then by someone else in November so there’s turnover. Kids area was closed for renovation which didn’t matter to us. Showers in women’s bathroom not usable and stuff in general needs maintenance. But electric and dump and water working so all said was good deal. Circus acts are free and we enjoyed. Also Denny’s a short walk away. Less than a dozen rvs were here and lot was quiet. Hope they keep as other stuff in Vegas is out of reach.

They don’t warn you but there is a lot of theft in the area. Even with their security I had two bikes stolen off the top of my toad. There are people walking around stalking the sites all day then jumping the back fence to get what they want. All they offer is a sorry. It is really bad! DO NOT SAY HERE AND PASS IT ON!

There is also a small store which carries souvenirs, snacks and some RV supplies. Not fancy but the least expensive, safest (they have bike security that is constantly patrolling the lot) place to park if you need a home base while exploring the Strip. Easy to catch a bus right outside of the casino to cut the walk time down the Strip and GREAT tacos right across the street from the casino at El Taco Gordo.

The men's restrooms were trashed out and unusable the whole time we were there. It didn't help that it was 109-112 degrees!

This was the straw that broke the camels back. Upon check in the woman was a bag of snakes. We told her didn't want to be placed near the parking garage near the strip. She didn't even acknowledge our request and she placed us as close to that garage as you could get. Not once did we see security while there especially when you have all manner of hood rats roaming around looking for things to steal. We were victims this time when our motorcycle was stolen. Since this happened, its been nothing but buck passing. We have left a number of messages with loss prevention and not one call back. When we called to complain, no one cared. We will NEVER come back to this mess ever again. If you decide to stay here...Lock it up, then lock it up again and them lock it again. Its a free for all for thieves.

The campground had a mostly functioning laundry room, 2 of the 8 washers were out of order and 6 of the 12 dryers were also out of order. There was a pool though closed as it was winter time. There was an ample size well kept dog park, playground for kids, and recycling.Circus Circus also had one of those 50% off show tickets booth which was handy. For us we were pleased to be able to enjoy Las Vegas cheaply. We ate in our Airstream, took advantage of bringing our own alcohol to walk the strip, enjoyed half price shows, used our reciprocal museum membership to enjoy the Neon Museum, and used groupon for the other activities like the Atomic Museum. -Written by Amy

Sites were uninspired, you're basically parking in a big asphalt lot surrounded by parking structures and LV hotel signs. However, it's the only RV campground on the strip (more north, a little away from the action), so it was worth a stay. We caught the deuces bus into the main part of the strip. You can catch the bus right in front of the Circus Circus hotel and I believe it cost around $8/person.The walk from the RV campground to the circus circus hotel takes about 10 min. There aren't many food options in Circus Circus as you can imagine, besides fast food. The poor hotel has seen better days and now unfortunately smells a lot of cheap toilet cleaner. You get full hookups (sewer included) and there's a camp/convenience store on site. We had problems with our propane fill up. The person that comes out to fill the propane tank overfilled our tank and got us worried that we'd sprung a leak. It turned out it was just overfilled, so our tank was spewing gas for a while.

Maybe it’s my natural propensity towards avoiding all things “chains” or maybe it’s the simple reality that I have had poor, expensive experiences at many KOAs, but I typically attempt to dodge them at all costs. After a day of driving up and down desert mountains, crossing the Hoover Dam, and sweating on the side of the road every 2 hours while our setup cooled down, I was willing to take whatever we could get. The highway into Las Vegas coming from the east, US 515, is a high-speed, multi-lane chase, and by the time you find the exit you want, you’ve passed it. Finally, we found Circus Circus and it was an affordable $35 / night including taxes (compared to other right-in-the-city RV parks and what I was expecting from Vegas). I should note that I've heard of people who've paid significantly more, but I'm not sure if it's because it's been a few years or we were just there in the heat of summer. We had nothing but our hookups and a parking space, and it was a long walk across the huge, steaming lot to get back to the office and then into the city itself, but you were essentially right on Las Vegas Blvd so taxis and public transportation were more or less unnecessary. There’s a nice pool, an extensive store, and swell little playground for the youngsters. Otherwise, the scenery is all casino skyscrapers and 1-800-RV4Rents surrounding you, which during the day is nothing special, but at night, Las Vegas lit up is a gorgeous site to see. Also, note that if you both call ahead and tell them that you’re renting the RV you drive (as opposed to owning your own), you’ll get some bonus discounts, of which we did not and only learned about when walking in.
