Can book online, have to fill out an email inquiry for a stay. Which the staff never replied to! So you have to call them, and they act like it’s so inconvenient for them to answer a call. Most of the amenities were broken or in need of maintenance!

Place was great for our overnight stay. Sites are level gravel. They are close to each other, but the park is clean and well maintained. Used the bathroom and shower and facilities and they were clean. Also used laundry, washing and drying are $1.50 each. Park is right off the highway, but close to WalMart. We’d stay here again.

This is a mature park with some cover (as much as you can expect in a desert). All sized rigs are present. The sites are fairly level gravel. The WiFi was initially good but failed on the weekend. ATT has 3 bars of 5G. There is cable TV available but it didn’t work for me. 2-3 networks are available on antenna plus many lesser channels. They have a small hot tub but that was closed for maintenance. They have key access restrooms and laundry. Not much to see in town but this is a nice place to stay if you have people to visit or just want to enjoy the weather.

I don’t understand the ratings for hacienda. We stayed here as my wife had to visit some family. The sites are cramped side by side, so slides typically go out together. It’s not a Concrete pad, gravel. It has a nice dog run. It’s close to I-10.Cramped, crowded, 2 star.

Only negative was for the dog who continually seemed to step in spikey stickers in the patches of green grass.

When we arrived the office was still doing contact free registration, though the office is open now.Sites are some of the biggest I have seen...45 foot class A monsters towing full size pickups or trailers are a common sight around the park. Plenty of room to maneuver and the majority of the sites are pull through. Park is paved, sites are packed gravel and pretty darn level...I needed a single block on one side to bring everything up to spousal approval level. There is plenty of space between sites, and the central premium pull through sites even have seven foot tall privacy fences between sites that face each other.Laundry, bathrooms and showers were nice, with individual shower rooms instead of cubbies. Rooms included a vanity, mirror, sink, big shower, and even a hair dryer. Laundry facility was one of the biggest I have been in at a park, $1.50/$1.50.A few downsides. You are less than half a mile from I-10, and road noise can be pretty loud, especially on the smaller back in sites along the north side of the park. You’re also very close to several train tracks, and the engineers seem to really dig those train whistles. Biggest issue here is ants. We were not diligent in checking around the site for ants and wound up with a full scale invasion overnight early in our stay. I would spray anything in contact with the ground with ant spray to be safe. If you see an ant, anywhere, tell maintenance and they will treat the area within minutes. Also, Las Cruces is in the middle of the desert...summers get HOT. We broke 100 degrees several times over the course of our stay.Las Cruces/Mesilla is very pleasant, lots to see and do. White Sands National Park is less than an hour away. There are some excellent restaurants around town, including two excellent ones within walking distances, Luna Rosa and DH Lescombes. You’re also pretty close to the La Posta Mexican restaurant, probably the best known in the area. Cell signal was rock solid for both Verizon and TMobile. WiFi wasn’t great, I would recommend a booster if you’re going to try to stream or if you need to work while parked here.At only $500 for the month, with an additional $100 in metered electric (AC ran pretty much 24/7 during our stay), this place was a steal and an absolute gem. This will be where we will stay in NM whenever we get the chance.

We chose this park to give ourselves a break as we were driving towards the west coast, as the coronavirus began shutting down parts of the country. To be honest, once we got set up, we only left the campground once for a bike ride so we didn’t explore much of Las Cruces. But we did enjoy our stay here. Full hook-ups and clean bathrooms/showers and a big laundry room (lots of machines, and relatively cheap). Our site was a back-in along the road, and you can hear a little bit of noise from the interstate, but not enough to notice. The front office staff were really kind, and had taken multiple precautions for social distancing. As such, the common areas were closed (no access to pool, etc). We used the showers and laundry room once, but mostly stayed in the RV.Iffy Wifi, connection from our site would go in and out. Our cheap extender (WifiCampPro2) didn’t really stay connected. Cable hookup had lots of channels though, and was solid. Would have preferred a stronger Wifi connection — I would ask the front desk for a closer site next time. The general roads are nicely paved, but the sites themselves are gravel. The sites along the road are sort of sharply angled in relation to the connections; bigger rigs might have more trouble getting into a good position. However, the sites were very well maintained. The maintenance cart will pick up trash set outside your site!

Walmart is also very nearby. Historic Old Mesilla is nearby and a very nice area to go explore and eat. White Sands National Park is about a 1 hour drive and is a must. The location is very convenient right off the interstate. There's an RV dealer literally next door so if you need parts or just like to browse new RVs (who doesn't? lol). Very easy to get to anything in town. The sites are a smidge on the small side, but roomy enough. We had a pull-through that was very level. The sites are setup so that your door side faces the next RVs door side. However, there's a really lovely privacy fence between the sites. Ours had some gorgeous greenery growing over it. No picnic table for our site, so I setup our small camp table and chairs. Honestly, I loved it. Cozy and beautiful with the greenery. I felt like I was on my old back porch. FHU which worked perfectly. Curb-side trash pickup was a nice touch. I saw a man riding a mower over each site after a guest had left and raking the gravel to make sure it was level for the next guest. The park was super clean. We enjoyed the large outdoor hot tub several times. There's a small gym, large laundry room, and very nice bathroom and private shower rooms. Showers were clean, hot, and great pressure. I really like when shower rooms are fully private! There's an awesome, fenced dog run here! It's narrow but very long. Plenty of room for your pooch to run and/or toss a ball. There's a portion of the run that's fenced off into a second smaller area. There are motion detection lights in the run which was a really nice added touch! We were there in November and it gets dark early. The lights allowed us to take our pup into the run for her evening potty break off leash.Overall, excellent park.

Sites are a little cramped, but it's an every-other-site-faces-the-opposite-direction type of pull-through setup, and you have a small fence and or shrubbery separating sites on your door side. I'd stay here again if I needed to, but the nightly rate is overpriced in my opinion. Good Verizon signal and no utility issues. If you do nothing else, take a walk down the street and around the corner to Luna Rossa Pizza & Winery. They make their own wine and the pizza is SOOOOO GOOD as is the authentic gelato. The number of employees speaking Italian to one another was a good indication of the authenticity.Nearby town of Mesilla is also worth a visit.

This place stood out to us because of the level of service they offered. While many RV parks refer to themselves as "resorts," we rarely agree with the label. And while we wouldn't say this place was a resort either, it did offer some nice features that set it apart from other commercial spots. The campground very much qualifies as a "parking lot campground." It may be a very nice parking lot, but it is still a parking lot, with rigs parked right next to one another. There are privacy fences between some of the spots, which does help to a degree, but either way, you are right next to your neighbor. The site quality was very good. The staff grades the sites before each new guest arrives, so they are always nice and level. Everything, from the utilities to the landscaping, is well maintained. The roads within the park are wide, level, and easy to manage.Customer service was really excellent here and the feature that made this place stand out for us. The office is in a very nice building with large sitting areas, a gift shop, a coffee bar, and a "concierge" area - complete with information on local attractions, discount cards, and maps. If you have a dog, they give you a separate welcome packet complete with rules and requests, a pick-up bag, and a treat for your pet. You can leave your trash bags by the front of your site and they will pick them up and dispose of them for you. There was a nice little pet area for dogs to run around in, and a very nice looking pool/hot tub area. When I inquired about getting propane, they gave me a map, showing me the location of a private dealer nearby, and explained which route to take with the RV. They were just very helpful and it felt like a "nice" place.Overall, while this is not the type of environment we love to camp in, we thought this was a well managed, well maintained, commercial campground and would certainly stay here again if we found ourselves back in the area.

If this place was in another town, there is no way in all get up that it would be able to charge $46/night. But here in Las Cruces...We had some engine work done over at Borderline International after staying in Las Cruces at Siesta RV Park for a before the work. (We also liked Siesta - but it is a completely different type of park) We called Hacienda at 5pm on a Tuesday night and asked if they had a space for a single night and they said 'yep, come on over'. So we did.FHU, cable, WiFi (didn't try it though), pull through gravel sites with some privacy fencing/bushing in between sites.Outdoor hot-tub situation, outdoor communal fireplace (with free firewood), dog walk. More road noise here than at Siesta, but nicer set-up (especially for big rigs) here. We felt very swanky for the evening - keycards to access hot-tub/showers/bathrooms. Also, cat treats with 'cat rules' for the park upon check-in. That was a first. Maybe we should stay at 'swanky' places more often. (But remember, this is Las Cruces version of Swanky)

This isn’t an awful RV Park. Easy access to the highway, shopping and a cute town called Mesilla. We had a back-in site with full hookup. Not a lot of space between you and your neighbors. Sites are level and clean. Trash pickup every morning on the curb. Would not want to stay here for a month but a few days was not bad.

Easy day trip to White Sands Natl Monument and WS Missle Range Museum. Went to Hatch to buy chiles and took scenic drive back on 180. Great breweries, loved the Spotted Dog and Peakcho Peak! Lots of great restaurant options too. Check out the Bosque state Oark nearby and the great paved beauty me trains along the Rio Grande. A week just flew by!

What a nice little gem this is, if you're just traveling the Interstate and need a quick stopover, or staying for a while like we did. You can tell this was designed by an RV'r. 80% Pull Through, with the most level gravel we'll ever see. They run a screen through like you see in Baseball after each RV leaves, so it's perfect for the next guest. The bathrooms are great and showers are individual rooms, clean as a whistle. There is a small gym, Hot tub, and nice lounge area behind the Main building. Full laundry, all machines worked! The Main Building also has a beautiful small gift shop with local salsa, etc. No onsite groceries, but a 2 minute drive get's you across the highway to a huge Walmart, There is a really nice RV shop within a few hundred feet if you need a repair, or parts. The best part of this park for us was the proximity to Mesilla, where we spent much of our time riding our bicycles to. A nice historic town with small shops, eateries, St Clair Winery where I had the best damn meatloaf! and without a doubt the best barber shop " Cheeky Chaps" . We also took a trip to Hatch, but bypassed Sparky's and ate at another local restaurant, and of course got some fresh Green Chili Power that will hold us for the next year! The only downside I can see is there is noise from the Highway.

It didn't bother us, as we sleep with white noise. This was a quiet park, other than traffic noise. No rowdy campers while we stayed. The office is very nice. Office staff members were all very nice, as were the cleaning crew, and maintenance crew. A gift shop with local products was within the office building. We bought some green chile salsa and some red chile sauce - YUM! Really nice outdoor area off the office building with chairs and tables (shaded and sunny), a babbling fountain, and a large fireplace. There is a very large hot tub fully privacy fenced with nice shrubbery that is open 24/7. Laundry facility is large and clean. Indoor showers and restrooms were also nice. Each shower is it's own room with a sink. Our site was very hard packed pea gravel that was spotless when we arrived. Minimal leveling required. We kept commenting that even up close it looked like concrete. There are fences between each group of pull-through sites. You are doubled up with another unit facing the opposite direction, but the sites are so wide that you can nudge yourself over to get a little extra space and still be able to put your awnings and slides out. In fact, we were able to park our JK beside our widebody bus! Easy approach and departure. Good amperage and water pressure. They pick up your trash each day when you place it on the curb. We don't have a dog, but noticed that the dog run is pretty nice. Do not confuse it with a dog park - it's a dog run. It's really long and grassy. Even though you're right in the city, the stars were beautiful. Also, the location is great - Historic Downtown Mesilla is less than a mile. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, breweries, wineries, and shops are easily accessible. We kinda fell in love with Las Cruces - perfect weather, not too big/not too small, and SO much to do in the area: White Sands National Monument is a must! Drive up to Truth or Consequences (1hr) to tour Spaceport America (so interesting and informative) or soak in a hot spring, eat at Sparky's in Hatch on your way back home, hike Dripping Springs, take a four-wheel drive trail to a ghost town, etc.

The pull through sites are separated by fencing and landscaping to give some privacy but that also means the camping side feels a little tight. Since we didn't have any neighbors during our stay it was ok but I would feel cramped if we happened to be here during a busy time. They have a long dog park area at the edge of the resort. It's almost like a water runoff area but it works great for playing ball. After one full night of rain though, the dog park was unusable due to the inch of standing water. The campground host was very nice, the landscaping is well done, and the sites are gravel and level. There isn't a lot of traffic noise even though it is right off the highway. They probably have a fair number of activities for their guests but since we were there during New Years Day, there wasn't much happening and it felt a bit like a ghost town so it's hard to evaluate what it would be like when busy. We would do a short stay here again.
