We stayed here overnight. Its entirely gravel and desert but well maintained. Staff was friendly and we had no issues with WiFi. The campground us pretty large with what seems to be seasonal campers. There were a lot of RVs which were unoccupied.

Our goal was to stay hitched-up overnight and we specifically picked this campground because they said they had a site that could accommodate us—our goal was not accomplished. After a very long check-in process, we found the site they assigned to us was already occupied. The only other site they had in their “long pull-thru area” was too short for us. They ultimately found a site that could work, but we needed to unhitch to fit into the site. I would not call this park big rig “friendly”, but big rig possible. They advertise 80’ long sites, however the defined site area is about 50’-60’ [my estimation, based upon pacing out one of their long pull thru sites]. The remaining 20’-30’ of these sites are part road/open area—we would be very uncomfortable parking in a number of these sites, being concerned someone might drive into the side of the RV and/or vehicle that extended beyond the 50’-60’ defined site area. Sites towards the center of this row are likely "ok", particularly if you have neighbors who are using 80’ (i.e., someone will potentially see/hit your neighbor's vehicle/RV before reaching your site). The campground has very pretty views, although there is a large radio tower (or similar structure) in the middle of the campground. The campground was quiet, during our one night stay.
Best RV park in the T or C area!

We generally prefer to NOT be in an RV Park but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!Anyhoo, let me give you the pros and cons. Pros: extremely large rig friendly! Lots and lots of really nice pull through a for even the biggest rig. The shower houses are like being at a spa. Extremely clean, well appointed and huge! Easily handicap assessable. Some of the long term sites have built in patios, awnings and storage shed. Our site #77 had great views of the mountains and the arroyo. A lot of wildlife in the park as well. We switched rigs the last month we were here so the pictures I included reflect that. Very friendly staff and the owner and manager are great people. The other amenities of the clubhouse, game room and work out room were wonderful as well! It was also a very nice place to workcamp!Cons: about the only con I can think to add is that the park was very nearly full all winter and the water pressure wasn't that great. The whole park is on a series of wells so I'm sure that is why. I don't feel the water pressure was enough of an issue to dock any stars. The location is great. Just a short drive to T or C and Elephant Butte lake. We will definitely stop this way again during our fall adventures!
