I would highly recommend Sunrise RV. They very friendly and hospitable. We would stay here again.

When you're just driving thru, this is a great place. Sites are level, clean and everything is orderly. There are mostly full timers living here but they are very nice and happy to stop and talk while walking their dogs. If the office is open go in and pay the $20 per night, otherwise slip it into the box right there by the office. ...moreWhen you're just driving thru, this is a great place. Headed to Deming to see some friends, we stopped at Sunrise due to good reviews. The manager, an older guy was great. Very kind and friendly. Most of sites appear to be long term permanent and we were put in row that was half empty. Shower house had hot showers but only the women’s side appeared open. Most of sites appear to be long term permanent and we were put in row that was half empty. Shower house had hot showers but only the women’s side appeared open. You could lock the door to the entire women's showers , (3 or 4 of them) so my husband and I showered at same time. Park very quiet. No real road noise. Only saw one or two residents.

Excellent Campground... Nice Clubhouse with workout equipment and big TV...

We had called a few weeks ahead of time to see if we could reserve a spot. The kind gentleman on the phone said we could just pull in and pick a spot when we arrived, no need for a reservation as most of the winter visitors were pulling out. We had planned on just an overnight stay and had no idea when we would get in. We left Ariz...moreWe had called a few weeks ahead of time to see if we could reserve a spot. The kind gentleman on the phone said we could just pull in and pick a spot when we arrived, no need for a reservation as most of the winter visitors were pulling out. We had planned on just an overnight stay and had no idea when we would get in. We left Arizona late and knew we wouldn't get to Demming until 9ish so we called ahead. The office was closed but the same nice gentleman answered the phone to let us know that we could pull in and settle up in the morning. We did just that, when we got in there was a place up front which was perfect. In the morning we were able to settle up and left with no issue. This was great for our overnight stop in and very affordable for an overnight stay with hookups.

We ended up in Dening due to high winds on the highway. While many places prices were off the roof for what they offer, this place was a fair price. The manager “Wayne” is awesome, the residents are very helpful and courteous and above all, the lots are wide enough to fit our rig and a truck right beside it.
