Exit 218 off of I-40… great rate for full hookups.. level spots, great store and Subway food.. far enough off of the highway to not be too noisy.. rate was only $26.68 after tax! Will stay here again!

Very easy to use from I40. Good full hookups. Very level. Gift shop with Subway and fuel. Check in at gas station and pick your spot. Has a gate with code.

Sites are level gravel pull-thrus with full hookups on curbed islands between sites. There were only two other RVs in the campground when we arrived. It does not appear this is being used for long-term stays as mentioned in an earlier review...or at least that's no longer the case since it was submitted. There is some noise from I-40 and the access roads, but it's not bad. Convenient location for a one-night stop.

Great overnight stay, parking lot is huge with a slight slope depending on where you park. Best place to stay with 100+ plus miles and kept clean.

We just needed to rest after my husband had driven 10+ hours. The lot was very well lit and felt safe. The noise level actually wasn’t too bad. We started out all alone but the next morning 7 other RVs had joined us. It’s fine for a one-nighter, easy pull off, and free.

For most of the other tenants, this is one of the few good places to stay while working in the area. If you are transiting through the area, you have only a few choices for a quick overnight stop. If East bound, stay in Abq, if you cant make Amarillo, where there are many good options. If West bound, as we have often been, here are your over night choices: Stop in Santa Rosa (not recommended); the Anton Chico rest area at MM 251; Cline's Corner for $25; the Rattlesnake Draw rest area at MM 207; push on to Moriarty (not recommended) or Abq, another hour or so. Here are the downsides of Clines Corner: 1) No reservations, spaces are allocated first-come. 2) When you call I am not sure you get any accurate info about the spaces available. All this aside, I could not be more pleased with the reception we got when arriving there late on 05/03/2021. A guy ran out in the pouring rain to see if a site was available for us. There was. The morning cleared into a beautiful New Mexico day before we departed. Life is good!

This is a glorified truck stop with a separate gated RV park. Full hook ups, lighted pedestal, trash can, internet and antenna tv reception. Very easy to get in and out. Some highway noise. Safe. Gas, food, restrooms, store, LP tank exchange. With the closures we were grateful to have this as an option.

With NM State Parks etc. closed due to Covid we are just driving thru the state. Clines Corner was clean with easy pull thru sites. Its a convenient parking area for a 1 night stop with hook ups and inside our rv road noise from 40 is just background.

Convenient to I40, with NM closed to non-residents at parks and quarantine due to covid this was a good one night stop while driving thru. Road noise is in the background but not bad in our closed up RV. Easy pull thru gravel parking with concrete divides and all hookups. Clean.

Appeared to be about 80% full and looked like a "man camp" so I didn't stay. It didn't look like it would be a very pleasant and safe experience. I would have to be very desperate to stay there.

$25 isn’t a bad price for having full hookups as a nightly rate, and the location is just perfect. Right off I-40, but you can’t hear the traffic because the park is further away from the road. Right off I-40, but you can’t hear the traffic because the park is further away from the road. All sites are exactly the same. It’s a well lit gravel parking lot with full hookups essentially. There’s plenty of room for big and small rigs alike. We camped here in our 25’ Class C rowing our Jeep and fit fine. Saw multiple large class As towing SUVs and they had plenty of room to not unhook. Not sure where the other reviewer got his price from, but if you go to ClinesCorners.com and click reserve, you’ll see the current nightly rate. We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s always been $25.

This RV “Park”ing lot is clean and and surrounded by a fence with a gate code. It’s not scenic but it’s conveniently located off of I40. The price tag is indicative of the location, there’s not much else out there. For my tiny rig, I only needed electric for a cold night and water which was turned off due to the freezing temps. Paying top dollar for amenities I didn’t use or they couldn’t provide was a little frustrating. I wish they had tiered pricing. The high price tag is the reason my overall rating is only 3 stars. The upside is 24/7 access to restrooms, food and fun truck stop shopping.I have Verizon and only used my iPad and phone on my own strong signal but WiFi is available and free. Photos are from my west bound trip when I stopped for gas. Eastbound on the way back, it was dark and cold so I didn’t take pictures of the lot. It’s a clean, orderly, flat concrete lot with new hook ups, clean trash cans and dump station. There was only one other rig there during my one night stay. Although I40 is super close by the sound is buffered. There is just enough light to feel safe but not enough to be bothersome.I will only camp here again if I find myself in the middle of the desert when the sun goes down, it’s too cold to dry camp and my favorite spot on this drive, San Jon, is two more hours down the road! But it’s totally worth a stop, the kitschy gift shop has great road trip souvenirs and the wooden Indian that greets at the door is a fun childhood memory.
