The laundry was small, stinky, and pricey.. the wifi was spotty at best and we hardly had cell service with t-mobile- even our hot spot didn’t work. The staff is nice and the location is close to Philly which is great, so we’d stay here again if needed.. but the price is outrageous.

Stayed at their tent site. Clean and well maintained, including the restroom. A lot of things for kids to do. Did not use WIFI but it was available. Good AT&T cell coverage

We stayed just for one night because the location suited our needs. Based on this particular trip, we weren’t looking for resort-type amenities. The front office staff were friendly and inviting. That’s a great start! The park and facilities seemed generally clean and in good order. I picked up a few items at the store which seemed stocked and clean. The park is on the small side, but made for a nice place to wander. It seemed nearly every site was occupied and there was a party going on in the pavilion, but it was still nice and quiet. Our stone pull thru site was in a good spot, level, and came with a well-equipped and clean dog pen — perfect for our four-legged camper. The 50-amp electric hookup was good, the sewer hookup had two access points making it easy to connect. The water worked, but included a leak which made our site really muddy and mushy. The poor drainage was the only negative of the stay as it meant having to do gymnastics each time we exited/re-entered our RV to put on/remove shoes. The campground staff person who escorted us to our site let us know the problem was discovered earlier in the morning and it seems nobody had a chance to repair it before our arrival. This would’ve been 5-stars if not for the drainage problem. The wifi worked elsewhere in the park, but not at our site. We were in the mood to disconnect anyway. I had no difficulty navigating our 36-foot motor home from the highway to the campground or within the park. If we have reason to be in the area again, we’d return.

  • A pretty nice, standard KOA experience

This is a very nicely manicured and taken care of campground. It is far from the backcountry, but is exactly that I was expecting from a KOA. My family stayed here only briefly, but the full hookups did really make a difference. This is a very nice place to camp in comfort.

Plenty of room on the patio side but no privacy and a close by electrical station. Prior reviews still accurate, our cost is w a KOA membership. They are open year round and had a good number of long term stays. But it was early April, summer could be different. They had a lot of amenities, not open during our stay. Looked like could have a nice family weekend stay.

There were quite a few dog droppings around the pond despite plenty of doggie bags available. I don't know why people with small dogs don't feel that they need to clean up after them. Anyway, the showers were clean with some nice hot water but very small and difficult to change in. The entire park itself is fairly small as well. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I have no small children but there is a playground and the bouncy thing that I've seen in some parks. The hookups were fine, cable was good, wifi was fairly fast but was prone to disconnects. Lots of shopping nearby, fortunately for me because I had to run to Home Depot for a quick repair item. All-in-all, a good experience.

It was one of the only places near 95 that was open in November, so we were happy to find anything to break up our trip. That said, I wouldn't choose it as a destination park. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and our site, a pull through near the front of the park, was easy to get into. But the whole area was basically just a glorified parking lot and there was almost no room between the rigs. It was rainy and gray which probably didn't help our outlook much, but more concerning was the large backups of rain water around the park, and the fact that the tap water came out rust colored. We just switched back to our pump and used our fresh water tank.We didn't use any of their other facilities, so we can't comment on those. Overall, we would go there again if we needed to find a quick stopover, but otherwise, we'd look for other options.

Our only complaint is that some of the sites, and ours in particular, are extremely narrow. Our neighbor's open awning was literally a few inches from our window. Our pull-through was very long, but the sewer hookup was at the back corner of the site so we couldn't pull up very far into the site. There are a fair number of full-time/seasonal RVs there but their sites were tidy. The campground was dog-friendly, and we regularly walked the entire campground including through their large field and around the fishing pond. Since the campground was small we tried to walk our dog in a nearby housing development but they had a big "no dog walking" sign at the entrance. AT&T and Verizon worked well. The campground offers pay-to-use WiFi through a 3rd party company, or you can go to the campground office to use the office WiFi for free (we didn't try either). Given the proximity to Philly, we were OK with the narrowness of the sites, but if it wasn't the "closest campground to Philly", the site size likely would have cost an extra point.
