Small park close to the Superior and Duluth. Stayed on site 5 for two nights. Yes, road noise but not unbearable. Trails to walk the dogs.Dated but very accommodating . We would stay here again.

  • Loved this place, would stay here again.

After several phone calls to campgrounds that were booked, I found this one. Ratings weren't the best and after stay here I can see why. It's "dated" could use some "tender loving care." But, it's a "gem in the rough!" I would definitely stay here again!Lots are large with trees and some shade. Sites and roads are gravel. If your looking for a fancy ultra modern campground, go on by. If you looking for a nice quite campground with friendly staff, give it a shot. I really enjoyed it here. My grandson used the pool several time and we used the laundry once. By the way, if your children are younger than 16, an adult is required to be with them!We spent a week were and like I said plan on returning!

  • It’s a good place to spend the night

Stayed here 06/01/21. They only take cash as a payment but when a FHU site is only $40.00 who cares. Good landscaping but the bath house is dated! They have a pool but it wasn’t open yet. Good place to hang your hat for the night.

  • Nice Place, Traffic Noise

The place is easy to get in and out, friendly owners. There is no wifi, so be ready for that. Also, you have to put up with traffic noise as it is near the main route in and out of town. Grocery nearby.

  • It was fine. Close to downtown Superior and Duluth.

An older campground. Very nice people but they need to do some updating. Reasons I can’t give more than three stars overall: they take cash or checks only; near as we could tell all the pull thru sites were 30 amp; their brochure and map are outdated; bathroom/showers were clean but no heat ( it was summer and only mid 50s);no WiFi. Reasons for not going lower than three stars: our site was a fhu back in 50a with picnic table and fire ring and it was level; there is a pool and hot tub, laundry and playground; it was very quiet. I would call the sites nearby. Laundry was1.75 for each.
