They have 2 loops we stayed in upper loop. Site was a little uneven but not too bad. Gravel pads with table. They have areas for using their bbqs and areas with grass. Staff is very friendly. The casino is close by with coffee shop and a dinning room downstairs. We ate dinner in coffee shop and food was ok. Nice views from restaurants. We would go back if in area. Only suggestion I would have would be to have better signage of where to check in at General next to gas station.

This was a good place to stop and get some work done before heading south to Bishop. Clean rest rooms and shower if needed. They advertise 22$ a night on their website and announce it in the casino but they ask you if you are a Good Sam member when you check in and if not- the rate is $25. Still a good deal. They advertise 22$ a night on their website and announce it in the casino but they ask you if you are a Good Sam member when you check in and if not- the rate is $25. Still a good deal. The park wifi didn’t work for me even in the middle of the night, but the Verizon signal is good. Overall a good quiet place to rest, dump tanks, etc. has a casino with a couple restaurants and they give you a coupon book for a free drink, $ off food etc. Check in at the Chevron gas station store which is open 24 hours so if you are getting in a little later, someone is here.

I'd stay again if no other place was available. It's in a strange spot to the left of the gas station. After several nights of dry camping we wanted hookups but every RV Park we contacted was closed for the season... except for the Topaz Lodge RV Park. Part of their secret is insulated, heated water vaults to keep the faucets flowing. Some sites have lake view. The lower level was closed for the season. Like previous reviewers got the same explanation for no Good Sam discount. AT&T reception was spotty. Two bars one minute and nothing the next. Was able to get data with Hot Spot and antenna.

They advertise as a Good Sam park but when we asked for the GS discount 2 different clerks stated their rates were lower than GS. When we asked for clarification they said GS rate was $38. What?? We told them GS is supposed to be a 10% discount of the posted rate. The clerk said when she was hired she was trained to answer that way. The review below is accurate as far as confusion for check in-just go to the gas station. Tight roads for a longer rig and off level are both accurate, but we actually enjoyed our stay enough to extend to two days. Great cable, excellent Verizon signal, and showers had hot water with excellent pressure

When you pull in there is no indication where to park or where to check in. We ended up stopping in the middle of road and walking back to the check in which is at the gas station. It was chaos inside with one person answering phones, checking people in, and ringing up purchases made in the mini-mart. After much confusion, we were finally assigned a site. The roads are very narrow for large rigs. With maneuvering, we managed to pull our 45 foot motorhome and toad into what has to be the most unlevel site imaginable. After several attempts to level, we gave up in fear that we would torque the frame. I asked my husband to accompany me back to the check in because, frankly, it creeped me out. We asked for another site but they didn't have one large enough so we asked for a refund. The very busy cashier did not know how to give a refund so we waited while he tracked down the manager. The only good news is we got the refund without any hassle.
