Very clean, nice spots with picnic table and easy hook ups. Great wi-if (we didn’t use the cable). Bathrooms and showers were cleaner than mine at home, and I think they clean them multiple times a day because they are always spotless. We did not use the clubhouse but popped in to use the bathrooms when we arrived, and it also was very nice and very clean. It is close to I-80 and easy to get on and off the freeway. There’s lots of stores and restaurants close by.

Unbelievable they even tell people they have it. Oh, and you have to park right on top of your neighbors sewer hookup. Parking is so tight you have to fold in your mirrors and can’t open your driver door all the way.

  • Except for the noise, it’s a very nice park and convenient for touring the area.

We had reserved our site ahead of time so check-in was contact-less. They asked for our name, retrieved our information packet and led us to our site. The interior roads are paved with many speed bumps. They are fairly wide so they don’t knock you around too much. The sites are mostly level concrete with extra space on the side to park a car (although it is up close and personal with your neighbor’s sewer.) Sites are nearby with a small tree, picnic table, and a bit of artificial turf between them (which actually looks pretty good). It does cuts down on the mowing sounds but not the daily leaf blowers! We did notice that they sanitize when someone leaves – the picnic table and utilities. When we first arrived, there were lots of trash and recycle receptacles although they weren’t all noted on the map. Many of these disappeared after a couple days, and we were eventually notified that they couldn’t get the trash liners from the manufacturer. There are quite a few long term but sites which are mostly neat. There are a couple of junkers that they try to “hide” near the end. It is noisy with planes, trains and automobiles. Running a fan at night helped. Satellite is possible in most sites, and there is cable but we didn’t try it. No idea if the WII FI worked because our Bitdefender security software flagged it as dangerous so we didn’t use it. Verizon was odd. Sometimes we had 5g 4bars but occasionally completely lost any cell coverage. And our hot spots acted wonky. No idea what that was about! We would return.

Female & puppies can get away with pissing, but male dogs and pooping dogs need to do their business in one of the pet areas, which smell horrendous. I only observed one staff member not being professional with a customer, but other than that, most were friendly, although they observe everything you do like the Gestapo. One other down side, sewer connection is located smack in the middle between 2 sites.

We had two straight mornings of finding the annoying little pests in our trailer. Told the staff and they stated they would spray for them. Our neighbor was also fighting them. We were in space 148. These are the kind of ants that are just looking for food and don't bite, but still! We are probably taking a few of them to our next location. As far as annoying items, look no further than the water connection. The water connector is about 4 inches off the ground. This makes it very difficult to hook up a hose, let alone a pressure regulator! I had to steal a right-angle connector from my water fill adapter. Be prepared!

Quiet, well maintained. Lots of staff on duty. I really like how they meet you with a golf cart and you don’t even have to leave the coach. Level concrete pads and fake grass. Small-ish trees for shade. The ten year rule appears to do a good job of keeping poorly maintained coaches out of the park and plenty of people are being “creative” with the ages of their coaches. If you like to be in a high quality park with like minded people, this is a great park. That said, the spaces are really tight and the drains are about 4ft from your table, so they stink and you need a long hose. We would definitely return if we wanted to stay in the Reno area.

If your dog happens to wee wee somewhere while on the walk to the enclosure and a staff member witnesses it, you will be reprimanded and told that next time you will be asked to leave. Best to put your dog in the car and drive outside the park or to the approved dog enclosures. I would recommend that the management just prohibit dogs altogether at this park because the enforcement is an ugly business.

They WILL take the reservation online, take your money, then call to check the age of your rig. If you are honest, you are screwed. They will "refund in 3-5 business days". But in the meantime, you potentially have nowhere to stay and no money to pay for somewhere else. You are more than welcome to show up and let them inspect your rig, inside and out, and see if you pass inspection. Then they might let you stay. But if not, like I said, you are out the money for "3-5 business days" and have no where confirmed to stay. This is their "policy", of which, you are not notified in advance. I find this scenario just plain rude. If I had known up front about the "10 year policy", I would not have made the reservation, had my funds tied up and caused this aggravation.

We spent one night and had a very enjoyable evening. The park is very nicely designed and well maintained. They asked a number of questions when making the reservation so it is clear they have quality standards, which is where others have had issue with this park. We had a very nice stay and would certainly stop again in the future.

I agree that the rules are a bit strict, however, that is needed to keep it looking the way it does. People are always looking to bend rules, which in turn makes it difficult for those that abide by them. There was always dog poop in the dog run, which is extremely inconsiderate. The park provides bags and even if they didn’t, it is the dog owners responsibility to have them at hand at all times. I found all staff to be very friendly. My only complaint is I asked for the site closest to the front dog run, but was told it wasn’t available and was given one in the next row and down a few sites. While is wasn’t that far, I was a lone female and it was snowing. I have a small dog that I carried over and back so it would have been more convenient to have been right next to it. I was there for 12 days and no one moved into the site I asked for. That made me a bit upset as I feel they should have been more accommodating. BTW, there was no rig even close to a Prevost in the park, nor Gucci purse toting woman, lol! That description was completely inaccurate, although it did make me laugh. All the guests and their rigs were completely ‘normal’ with no pretentiousness to be found anywhere. My brother-in-law has stayed there on a few occasions and was told to move his truck once, which was parked in an empty spot for just a few minutes. Although it irritated him a bit, he did as told and still returns as it’s a well cared for park. Gotta follow the rules!

When I returned mid-afternoon I was advised of this, moved my truck and went to the office to update my number. I argued with the staff that I had originally tried to update my information but the staff said they had it. Twenty minutes later the manager comes storming into my site and says I was aggressive with staff and that I must be out of the site in 30 minutes or he was calling the police and I would receive a "summons". As a police officer I am well aware of how to properly deal with people and what constitutes an offence. Two years ago I had the manager threaten to evict me simply because I had asked that they park an RV one space down from me as there were was lots of spaces so why crowd us together. He got upset and told me not to tell him how to run his park and if I didn't like it I should leave. These people run their park like a POW camp to put it nicely. Would never stay there again, though I'm sure I am blacklisted now. I wish I had the inclination to contact the owner but why bother.

Lots of hooks for stuff, padded bench folds against wall in changing area. Good water pressure and hot. Only wish for a small shelf for stuff and rubber floors mats as you step out of shower. Need hooks and shelves in sink/vanity area.High ratings well deserved for modern restrooms & facilities, paved roadways, and all level paved sites which do not crowd your neighbor. Large pull through spaces, nice LEVEL picnic table with metal plate on 1 end for camp stove.CONS did not like Astro turf could not set up out dining fly over table. Sewer connect w/concrete surround encroaches neighbor site Definitely a Big Rig park, but ok for little rig overnight stay and not suitable for tents .

We agree with the previous reviewers. On the plus side all I would add is that you can bicycle from the park to a dedicated bike path that runs all the way into Reno (about 8 miles each way). Centrally located if you want to run around or even go to Reno. The one complaint I will bring up is...........it's noisy! Primarily from the surrounding neighborhoods (vehicles and motorcycles ripping up and down the roadways. Not noisy enough to keep me from coming back if I'm in the area though.

We have stayed here a couple times when passing through. Very clean park, 3 nice dog parks, artificial turf at each site is a nice touch. WiFi is very poor and sites are close together. WiFi is very poor and sites are close together. When you park your car chances are the front of it will be almost over your neighbors septic. Very strange. Pretty easy to tour the area from and we would probably stay here again if in the area even though it is a bit high for what it is. By that I mean the size of sites. But the utilities are fine and the people are friendly. Check in was easy and they lead you to your site. Restrooms were clean.
