While it seemed a bit out of the way as most of our business ended up being clear on the south side of LV, it suited our needs surprisingly well. Yes, it is gated and requires a gate fob for entry, however many times during the day the gates were left open. Which was not a concern to us, and there never was any problem with people wandering in. We were parked near an end row, close to the pool/laundry/restrooms. Sites are all gravel, no frills, but level, all pull-through. They offer cable TV, which we didn't use much. And the wifi was among the best we've experienced at any RV park.Place was mostly quiet except for the noise one expects in a city. Yes, Nellis AFB is right nearby and there is the occasional jet noise, but we never heard it at night and it didn't bother us in the day time. Laundry room and showers were clean and well maintained, laundry room is large, could pass for a commercial laundromat, and all but one of the numerous machines were in working order. Better than some of the commercial laundromats we've been at! The pool was large enough for satisfying lap swims, of an agreeable temperature. Staff was friendly, if a little overly so in that the fellow checking us in does one thing at a time, and is very chatty. There is a restaurant/saloon as well as a motel on the premises, food was decent, there is a separate smoke-free, noise-free dining area if the bar doesn't work for you.One caution: the instructions on turning around from the check-in spot to get in the gate was a little confusing. I am not sure we did it according to Hoyle, but we didn't get stuck or mess anything up.

This was a two week reservation. No chance we gamble on them in the future

The first jet was cool, but 5 continuous day ruined my vacation. If you are going to be far away from this place during the day you might want to stay but don’t expect to get a moment of peace in your rig or by the pool during the war training exercises.

I would only recommend this park for a few nights stay.Pros- safe, secure, quiet, nice &clean amenities. dog potty area, saloon is like your fave hole in the wall bar with descent food, level campsites, easy access for big rigs. Cons- Verizon only gets 1-2 bars bc of flight path, WiFi barely works

  • Gated, poor cell coverage, bad WiFi

Arrived on a Friday afternoon (8-9-19) and noise was minimal until the following Monday when the nearby air force base was very active and LOUD. WiFi was non-existent until the two spots next to me with a motor home and travel trailer left. They were blocking the signal. There was a little shade from the tree next to the spot. Uber ride to the strip was about $19 without tip.

  • Great! Dog friendliest place ever! AAA discount.

This place had an opening and was in our price range. The sites are all level and easy to pull through. ( we have a 26 ft travel trailer) It’s gated and very secure! The restrooms are large with clean showers that are very nice! They have a dog park and a wash station that was well maintained and such a nice thing to get the grunge off the dog conveniently. They have a nice pool and putt putt golf area too. The location was easy to get to Sam’s, Walmart , PetSmart , and the Vegas strip was a ten minute drive! Cable and 4g Sprint service was great. A man walks around sweeping all around sites with a rake. There was not a cigarette butt or piece of trash to be seen here! They have small trees they water and within three years this park will be well shaded. I would defiantly recommend this RV park and will return.

I so appreciated this RV park as I needed a spot last minute. The staff was so helpful. Checked me in. Drove me to my spot after dark. Park is private and gated. Dog run areas for pets. Showers and laundry. I had a service appointment and this park was located close to that — made it very simple and convienent. Thank you.

If you want/need to be in town, this is a good choice. The park itself is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The laundry room was very clean as were the pool and the other public facilities. All the utilities worked well. Verizon internet was LTE and was fast enough for HD video streaming. This is generally a very quiet park despite being located on a major road, there is some road noise but it's not objectionable and to be expected in an urban environment. Be aware that Nellis Air Force Base is nearby so sometimes you will hear the "Sounds Of Freedom" roaring overhead. However, they don't fly all the time (and so far never at night or on the weekend) and the noise is limited to an hour here and there. In any event, it's interesting to see the various jets take off and land overhead, kind of like your own private air show. The RV park is not in a great part of town (i.e., warehouse/light industrial) but there is a locked entry/exit gate (they provide all guests with a remote gate opener) and we saw no evidence of any security issues; e.g., people leave all the usual stuff outside at their campsites with no ill effects. We bought fuel at a gas station about 200 yards away and did not feel unsafe either at the pumps or inside the shop. Bottom line, you wouldn't want to walk the neighborhood outside the RV park at night, but otherwise this is an non-issue.The sites are big rig accessible and are the typical size for a private RV park.
