Site was long enough for us to stay hooked up, but with plenty of space to park unhooked. Pretty landscaping, and a great view of the mountains out ourcrear window.Clubhouse is air-conditioned.... it hit 100° while we were here having our AC looked at, so that was nice. Pool table, reading library, coffee & pastries in the morning.Nice outdoor covered sitting area & putting green. No play ground, pool or hot tub, but the local Rec center has daily passes for $6 or $3 (senior) per day. Smiths, Starbucks, Domino's & a smoke shop right out the gate. Walmart, fast food places, All in Cycle, Lee's Liquor, and 2 casinos just up the the road. The laundry has 4 well sized washers for $1.50 a load k30min) 4 well sized dryers for $1.50 a load (45 min), a small ironing board & iron, and best of all is VERY well air conditioned! The staff here is awesome. Very friendly, and eager to make sure you have a good stay. Ray was incredibly helpful get our AC problem looked into. Judy helped us extend our stay, even stopped by the night before departure to make sure we were all set & say goodbye.Would we stay here again? Oh yeah. Nice area, nice park, lots to do in the area, and great people. So much nicer than stopping in Vegas....

It is located not far from I 15 There is pavement all the way and including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was friendly but so slow. The rules are fairly basic. There is no need to go over them with a fine toothed comb. Our site, 07, was a pull through that was not much bigger than a postage stamp. Services (30 amp, water cable and sewer) were to the left side. I could not secure our sewer elbow to the fitting. An attempt had been made to clear hardened concrete away but not well enough. My fitting was not secure. Distancing is very close but not unreasonable for an urban park. Most sites had a vegetation barrier. Each site has no table or even room to put one out. Our site was flat but sloped to the right so that when we stepped out it was a long one. The paved road s are very wide. A narrower road and wider sites would have been a better plan. Overall the park was pretty and well manicured. The included “high Speed” wifi barely worked at all. We did not find any OTA TV but the included cable worked well. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. There is a gated pathway that leads to a shopping plaza where yo can buy Pizzas and groceries. This gate is never locked thus the park is NOT secure from outsiders. Our site was not far from this gate so we unsure if our vehicle would be broken into.We paid $52.65 including a Good Sam discount and we feel we received very poor value. We will never be back again.

Seemed like a real nice place from the reviews both here and Google.

We were just passing through on our way from Vegas to Zion, and stay one night. Arrived at 4pm, staff with super friendly. Resort was really clean, laundry room was clean and $1.50/wash & dry. It was really quiet after 9pm. Small, but cozy. We left just after check out the next day and would definitely be back again!

There are restaurants and a Walgreens easily within walking distance too.You do hear some of the traffic noise from the interstate and from the shops nearby, but it’s not horrible. Don’t bother trying to log onto the free Wifi, you won’t stay logged on. Fortunately we were parked near Dominos Pizza, and I could use their WiFi.

Sites are mixture of large and small with about half pull through. Front desk was professional, polite, and very helpful. Lots of little trees and bushes to give you the illusions of privacy. Large grocery store adjacent to park. Reviews of past stated a very rude staff, they have solved that problem.

Not only did they only charge us for a half stay to give us time to get our generator looked at, they recommended an excellent mobile repair service. Despite a determined effort, the repair couldn’t be made on-site, so we ended up staying the night. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and sweet; the park was immaculate; all the services we utilized were great (water pressure, electrical, WiFi). We didn’t use the bathroom or laundry facilities. The sites are a good size and the park is easy to navigate.

I sent an email request and received a response later in the day that said I had to call. (Not sure why they even offer to be contacted by email if we have to call anyway). So I called and talk about rude. I was chastised like I was some kind of idiot for saying that I wanted to confirm my reservation which is what the email said to do. I was told I don't have a reservation yet. After more attitude asking me if I read the whole email, I Hung up the phone and booked a site at Casa Blanca where they were friendly and happy to have my business. I won't give my hard earned money to a place that won't at least treat their potential customers with dignity and friendliness.

The park is very clean and the grounds are well tended to.The bathrooms and showers are closed because of COVID-19.10/10 will come again when I pass through this way. They lost a star because of rule 29. I've been in prohibition hell for three weeks and this is the first legal place I've gotten to and I can't consume? I noticed there's no rules against alcohol or tobacco. Good thing my dog likes long walks...

Check in took way longer than it should have. The office doesn't have a check in desk like most RV parks. A young woman sitting at a desk in a room with the door open was talking on the phone to another customer, making a reservation by what we could gather from her side of the conversation. She wan't very prompt at making eye contact with us or acknowledging our presence in some manner while she continued to talk on the phone. We felt a little like we were waiting to see the loan officer at the bank or something, but at least there they offer you coffee while you wait. After finally getting checked in things went smoothly. Our site was spacious, but there was no picnic table and little shade. There are only two restrooms for the entire park and they are located behind the office. Each restroom is unisex, accessed with a code and has a private toilet, sink and shower. Also behind the office is a nice little patio area with a palm frond covered ramada and tables and chairs for lounging around. Everything in the park is very clean. There is a gate in the concrete perimeter wall that provides easy access to the Smiths supermarket in the adjacent shopping center. One weird thing was that after dinner a Schwann's delivery truck pulled into the spot next to us, plugged in and stayed there the entire night with it's refrigeration unit running. Did the delivery driver sleep in the cab or in the back of the truck with the frozen ice cream bars and steaks? Dunno!I checked yes that we'd stay here again, but it wouldn't be our first choice.

We were heading to Yellowstone and needed a one night stopover. We found this park to be friendly, very clean and very well located- you can walk to the grocery store. It was 100 degrees out, so we needed the full hookups- everything worked great. It was a perfect stop and we would definitely stay here again.

Right next to the Smith's grocery - and the freeway. But it was a very clean park, very clean restrooms/showers and very clean laundry. Lots of long termers around the periphery and short termers in the middle. The sites are gravel - large rocks - with no patio or picnic table. They are very long and quite wide with a few shrubs in between each. Between each site was a shortish light pole. The light was so bright we covered it with a bucket at night. Cable TV worked well, but the wifi never worked - not even mid day when there was no one around. We had 2-3 bars of ATT 4G and that didn't work very well either. All that said, Mesquite is a nice and growing town. Lots of paved roads to nothing - in anticipation of rapid growth, I imagine. I would stop over here on the way to somewhere else.
