This is someone's private yard in Stapleton. It was just fine for us as the City Park was occupied (see my review for the Stapleton City Park!). It is a backup campground if one can't get into the park, plus it has sewer. We have a couple kids and the owner has a big chicken coup next to the sites. The kids loved watching the chickens and there was also a really cool merry-go-round they had fun on while dad was taking down camp! It's a pull-through, but a bit of a curb on the way out. If you don't want to risk dragging there is ample room to back up and go out the way you came (see satellite image on Google). The sites are pretty even and I didn't even unhook. The chickens didn't make a peep at night and all was quiet. Steve and Cindy Frey are the owners and are very friendly.
