Just the kind of park I'd want to own. Less than 50 sites, all pull-through, FHU w/50 amps. Level concrete pads. Clean and well maintained. Trees but open skies for satellite. Nice size pond for fishing. No license required. Shower and restroom building we didn't use. Park WiFi worked well for us. Very nice dog run. More room than ANY KOA. The pond is license free catch and release. The laundry and shower were very nice. Lots were cement and gravel rather dust free. We found restaurants close by and great souvenirs at Stagecoach. We were so glad to be in a place easy to park, come and go and clean as a whistle. No fires either by chance which is great for me (asthma). My favorite park was the vast areas to walk and LARGE grassy dog park.
Great winter park

The park is clean, sites are perfect concrete pads and the water at most sites is buried so you can stay connected if you want. We ended up having some very cold weather in the teens and with our heated hose, nothing froze. There is I80 noise as others have stated, but for what we needed this park was great. There’s a pond with a few ducks and geese but the real birding action in March is for the Sandhill Cranes and Snow Geese. We will be back and would stay here again.
Well laid out park, clean, level sites, lovely bath, showers and laundry area.

We stayed one night on our trip to Colorado. Check in was quick and pleasant. The sites are well spaced, level and on concrete pads. Near highway but wasn’t very loud. It seemed most rigs were there just as a stop over. Bathrooms were clean. No frills but fit the bill!

We stayed one night to tour the Kearney Archway. The staff and grounds were nice. The pads were concrete. It think it is near a cattle feed yard, so there were some strong smells that floated by at times. The dog run was a little weird. It was just three chainlink runs attached together. But there was plenty of green grass to walk them around. It was right by the interstate and the road noise was unreal!! For that reason, we didn’t like it.

No laundry basket .No place to hang clothes on hangers. No change machine. Showers clean and nice .Laundry bldg serves as a storm shelter. Very nice folks who run the park. Nice gift shop at check in.Close to I-80 however not too noisy. No cable tv but 5 or 6 local tv stations . Wi-fi good with booster. We would return if we ever come this way again.

Evidence of the last corn harvest was still around. Corn stalks were still sticking up between the muddy sites. Since that time, the owners have made remarkable progress. It's obvious that the owners take pride in their park. The park has concrete pads with gravel between the sites, good water pressure but no trees or shade. Most if not all of the sites are pull through and spacious. Even the large Class A's did not have to unhook their toads to fit the sites. It is near I80 and there is quite a bit of highway noise. WiFI is working well. There is a catch-and-release fishing pond with a small beach. The bathhouse is centrally located. We did not use it and can't comment on it, but it looks clean and modern from the outside. There is a large grassy for dog walking and a very small playground structure. My rating is based on the noisy interstate noise and the parking lot atmosphere. That being said, if you are tired and need to get off the road, this will fit the bill. And the corn stalks are nowhere to be seen!We are traveling in a 25' trailer.
