Dropped off a rental a week ago, got charged twice for dump fees, had the renters water shut off and told me our water heater was bad, but later found out he had over 100psi pressure going into the campers, he said he was going to start charging extra for water cause all these campers are leaking. Then started in about how all tent campers are homeless people and if a camper has an air conditioner sticking out the side of it, that meant they were homeless as well. He seemed to have a very high prejudice against anyone not bringing in a 50k rig. So then owner said we could not bring another rental camper down there unless we left the tow vehicle. So this time, had another rental to go there, as soon as I pulled in there the owner started yelling at me that I could not bring any campers down there, tried to explain to him that I am leaving tow vehicle with it, he started to threaten to tow it out of there. Then he told me the person renting camper had to tow it with their personal vehicle and it had to stay with camper. Our renters were a young family who could not afford a tow vehicle, and this is why they rented a camper in first place. So waited till after family got off work and could tow it in themselves. When they arrived the owners wife or campground host chased them down with their golf cart and told them they refunded their money and was not allowed to camp there.I left my review of our experience here on a Facebook group to share with other fellow campers and had an enormous amount of responses of similar issues with this campground. The campground host got on there and tried to keyboard fight me with many made up assumptions about us. I have never met that lady nor has she tried to resolve a bad issue. We are good people and well know in the camping community, we don't stir up trouble and never deserved to be treated this way. Seem the owner stereo typed us with a bad experience he may have had at one time and took it out on us. It was not just us that he screwed over, he ruined this young family's camping trip.I just hope they understand, the way they treat people will come back to them. I will share this experience with everyone I know. People have a right to know how this property is being managed.

Roger the owner/camp host has worked very hard to rebuild the spaces, restrooms, lawns and replace trees. We were parked near a large mature tree that provided some much needed afternoon shade. There are active trains close by but for us that just adds to the charm but no auto/ truck traffic.Restrooms are not working yet nor is there sewer available at each site but the on site dump station is operating now for 10. Water as stated is a distance we used our 25 and 15 foot hoses. Power is very close. We enjoyed our stay Roger is the best!!!! He even BBQ on occasion and shares! We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Close to a boat ramp to the Missouri River as well. Lot’s of walking on cement pads or green areas if brave for you and your dogs. Never used or looked at restrooms as we are self contained. Check in was done over the phone by credit card…easy and friendly. We would stay here again as it is close to Bellevue and our family. We stayed 4 days/ 3 nights. It was quite… heads up though train track close by if you are a super light sleeper.

Part of the campground is still closed due to the flooding. Paved sites, Electric and water available- would be a good one night stop which is what we saw lots of people doing. NO dump station so we went to the one on the pacific junction exit. There are trails and a pond across the road to walk around. There is river access for boats, but we were advised not to swim due to a waste treatment plant up the river and currents on the river.

When we arrived a few of their amenities were down due to a storm that had rolled through the previous night, and the host gave us a great discounted rate. The site itself sits along a small river which gives some nice scenery. If you are crossing over from Iowa be prepared to cross a narrow bridge and pay a $1.50 toll. Altogether a simple park that provides a good place to rest for the night.

The campground host was very friendly and helpful, we showed up around 6:30 without a reservation and paid $30 for a 30 amp site (or $50 for 50 amps) when we arrived. There was plenty of sites in the peak of summer! The park is under construction so the land is damp/mush everywhere as a result. I’m sure the park will be really popular after they finish. It was perfect for me- mostly level paved site, concrete pad with decent picnic table, fire pit, playgrounds, walking paths, electric, water. The fresh water is further back from the sites so if you have a short hose then it may not work. Best part, the sites are spaced nicely with plenty of green space between. Heads up, if you’re coming over the bridge from the highway, the bridge has a $1 toll. Dump site is here, but closed, I believe because the land engineering just can’t facilitate it. The rest stop on the highway nearby has free dump sites though! No highway noise, but there is a train track nearby.

We stayed here because we were visiting friends. It’s the most overpriced park I’ve stayed in in 8 years of doing this. No trash receptacle, no dump, mud was everywhere when I pulled in. Trails closed. Flood was 3 years ago. It is quiet and near Omaha. If it were 25 instead of 50 I’d be ok with it.

The campground sufficiently met our needs, 50 amp power, water, and along our route. We did not use the bathhouse, but noticed they were there. After a powerful thunderstorm, there was quite a bit of standing water throughout the campground, some surrounding select sites. Ours was ok and had decent drainage. The campground is located at a "city" park, plenty of space to run, play, walk your dog, two playgrounds (although the one closest to us was trashed, even broken glass present), and what appeard to be a popular biking trail. It is adjacent to the Missouri River. The bridge to cross charges a $2 toll for a truck with camper. I was impressed to see a nice size recycling center on site. Overall the campground was nothing to write home about, but friendly people, and sufficiently met our needs. I'd recommend it if you're needing a place to stay in the area. Oh, and take time to visit the Omaha Zoo- it's impressive.
