We had a great experience at Three Bears RV Park! We’ve been traveling for 6 months & have stayed at 20+ RV Parks. There have only been a handful that felt as warm and customer service centered as this park. The management js eager to help, always available when you need them, and welcoming!

I would not plan to stay at this park again. I really think this site was reviewed when I stayed with a 3 star rating. That does not seem be present now. The good: Was a nice men's and women's room. This was clean and in good repair There was also a laundry room. The room itself was dated but the washers and driers looked new. The location was convenient. Wi-Fi was a little better than average but not always consistent. The actual RV area is ok for an overnight say with many long term trailers also parked. There is some grass and a picnic table in decent shape. Some of the long term resident trailers are in less than ideal condition. I think it would be ok for a night passing through. The water source had a small continuous leak and was evident from the moss around my spigot. Talking to other campers they reported a similar experience. The threaded connection was also very close to the ground and I had some doubts that I would want to drink the water. There is also an associated roadside motel but that area was not in good shape. In general the park needs some work. I hope the owner is in the process of fixing up the place. There was also, quite a bit of noise during my stay. It was a bit odd in that I never did meet the manager. The payment was handled electronically. Check-in was mostly by a few text message exchanges.
