This is a nice spot owned by very nice folks but if you depend on the internet this is not place for you. The water in the showers smells strongly of sulfur. Our site (full hook ups) was level.

The campground is located about 5 miles outside of Havre out in the country. The owners live on site and are friendly and helpful. We have a FHU back in site with afternoon shade. It is level and we have plenty of room. All sites are in grass and have picnic tables; fire rings are available on request as are yard games. The entry road to the campground is gravel. We have found this campground to be quiet and calm. The WiFi here works but the cable doesn’t get many channels. Our Dish works although we had to put it on the roof of the 5th wheel since there are many mature trees here (that’s ok with us – we like the shade). Both ATT and Verizon signals are fine. The laundry, showers and restrooms are all very clean. No need for a dog yard since there is plenty of space to walk pets. We are staying here for a week to visit many of the Montana Hi Line sights in the regions: Fort Benton, Fort Assinniboine, Havre Historical Underground Tours, Wahkpa Chu'gn Archaeological Site, Bear Paw Battleground plus several museums in the area. Prices are very reasonable and daily, weekly, and monthly rates are offered. Electricity is metered for weekly and monthly rentals. Some of our RV neighbors here are staying, like us, for a week to take in the sights, while others are just here overnight while on their way to Glacier National Park. We’d come back for sure!
Older, small, clean, friendly.
