Owner and camp hosts were just the nicest and accommodating. Pull-throughs are super long - gives you some spacing between sites. Clean laundry room (one washer, one dryer). From the minute we arrived the camp host Shirley was just the nicest woman! The campground was quiet and woodsy. We ended up staying in one of their newest sites that was recently finished. We had nice treesTo separate us from the other campers. We are new to the camper seen and the lack is seclusion that sometimes brings (usually tent campers) We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! They also have a tree house that I would love to come back to stay in, but I would recommend their campground!
New park, so it's still being developed. The owner is extremely accomidating and friendly.

This is a new park so it is still being developed. Direct access to Down East Sunrise ATV/Snowmobile trail. Very long large RV slots. Horses, Tee Pees, and tent area. Only a mile from the Balsam Valley Amphitheater. I'll be returning next month because I was so happy with the park.
