So many bad things happened during my stay, here's the summary:- Rude management (more on that below);- My site was extremely unleveled;- Paid for full hookups, but water pressure was so low that it was pretty much useless;- Noisy due to proximity of highway;- Laundry machines didn't work properly;Long version:After arriving late at night (I called and asked if it was ok), my wife and I spent our first hours in the campground washing clothes (with defective machines), trying to level the trailer (no success), and trying to make the water work (initially we thought it was something wrong with our RV). It was more than midnight when we gave up and decided to contact the management because, after a long day of travel, all we wanted was a good shower and at that moment that wasn't possible. The owner showed up and explained that the water pressure was low because they are not actually connected to the city network, they only have a well. He added that some "thoughtless" people come to the campground and decide to fill their water tank before they go, leaving the well almost empty. What??? I didn't know what was worse, realizing that I was paying for full hookups but the place had an empty well or hearing from the owner that he didn't like people filling up their water tanks.Anyway, the owner then had the brilliant idea of suggesting I wait until the morning to take a shower because the well should be full by then. I explained that the whole reason I was there was to take a good shower because we were exhausted from the trip and it was super late. He then said that he had a small water tank on wheels for situations like that, but there wasn't much water in it. I said ok, that should be enough. After around 20 min, he came with the tank but indeed, that wasn't enough water in there. At this point, we were trying to be understanding and let it go, as it looked like he was trying to help.Due to all these issues, we went to sleep super late, almost 3am.The next morning we tried to use water again, but the pressure was still extremely low. It seemed like the well was still too low. We started to pack our things and prepare to leave, but since we started late, we didn't notice it was 12:20 already (check out was at noon). The owner then came knocking at our door, clearly very upset because we were 20 minutes late, to let us know about the time. We apologized because we truly didn't notice it was so late and started to rush. However, after realizing all the bad things that happened during our stay I decided to talk to the owner and ask for a partial refund. To me, it was pretty clear: I was paying for a service (full hookups) but I wasn't getting what I paid for. It's not my problem that the well was almost empty.I explained all that to the owner (even though he kept interrupting me), but what I got back was sarcasm and threats like "I should actually charge you another stay because of your late checkout". Actually, I felt very unsafe because when I told him that what we were being charged wasn't fair and, since he didn't want to refund me, I was going to contact the credit card company to dispute the payment, I received another threat "Sure go ahead, I have your name and phone number".After that, I decided that it wasn't worth trying to argue with someone like that. Oh, ok, there's 1 good thing about this place. The water stream that runs by the park is beautiful. I guess my 1 star can go to that.I imagine he will reply to this review with even more sarcasm and things that only make sense in his head. But I'm being honest with my review and I wanted all RVers out there to be aware of what to expect in this place.

This is an older campground in poor repair. Bathrooms are pit toilets. Owner makes you sign a release about water not being potable. Adjacent to the highway, so noise was significant. Trash cans always full, and several junk cars on property.
