Extended stay spots do not have any shade. There are a couple pull through sites that will accommodate large rigs and another pull through that will accommodate something not too tall due to the tree. All three pull through spots have some shade. Brady is a Verizon dead zone!! I don’t know what it was like when others left their reviews but we had to buy a new phone with cricket so we had at least one working phone. Talked to a few other guests with the same Verizon (or straight talk) problems. The owner is making lots of improvements, getting ready to open the community house which will have laundry and one bathroom/shower. Also adding a dog wash station. We’ve seen several hummingbirds while here and visited the adorable town square (don’t miss the antique store), ate at a couple places, and we see deer almost every evening. There are some cats but with the empty property nearby I’d rather have a few cats than rats. Some long term units are mobile homes, a few have been renovated and a couple are a work in progress. Quiet, safe, convenient location, would definitely stay again.

Met Lisa, the new owner, as we arrived at dusk with no reservation. She directed us to a nearby City Park for showers and bathroom, then we returned for a quiet, restful night. She is very friendly, and is making improvements to the park continually. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!!!

They have online booking with Campspot so it’s easy to book too!The new owners are making a ton of improvements around the park and you can tell they care about the park and the guests (long and short term)! We work during the week and the cell service worked really well for our hotspot (Verizon and AT&T). There was a music festival that weekend and the owners cooked up breakfast burritos and coffee for the park guests. Highly recommend! Note: they don’t have communal shower/bathroom facilities or laundry
