Nice gift shop and overall facilities. The dog park was huge, great surprise. Our space included a grassy area, lots of trees, fire ring and picnic table. The staff got us in at the last minute due to a unexpected need to stay the night in Bozeman, glad we happened onto this RV park. The internet was not great however everything else was stellar. We will certainly return!

Water had been shut off for short term campers (we were aware of this prior to booking). Long term campers still have full hook ups (October 1-May 15). We had electric and sewer. Site was gravel with picnic table and fire pit. Hedges and trees between sites for added privacy. No free breakfast this time of year. Short walk to the actual hot springs, passes included with stay.

The campground website says that it has dynamic pricing, which I guess means the more crowded they get the more they charge. The price of $75.55 including all taxes and fees, and entrance to the Hot Springs. The campground itself was pretty nice, not quite up to KOA resort if that’s what you’re looking for, but very quiet, shady, and grassy. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy, bathrooms were clean but not fancy, and they had a few cool features such as a covered patio for dining, and a Miners Camp that I think was for kids (nice in hot, cold, or rainy weather); we didn’t go inside. The Hot Springs were fantastic. There are about 8 indoors, and some outdoors; these included large pools that were not too hot and kids could play in or grown-ups could swim in, as well as smaller soaking pools of different temperatures. The highest temp was 106°, which is all that Montana allows. The water comes out of the springs at 138°. We loved it. They also have a fitness center with good equipment and enough room for a number of people to be working out at the same time. That’s an extra five dollars per person. Also free (bagged) breakfast with hot coffee, a game room, and a camp store with RV supplies & game room equipment to sign out. All in all, we would stay here again because the campground was peaceful, and the hot Springs and fitness center are a nice opportunity to relax and work out during a camping tour.

The sites are fairly narrow unless you get the premium sites with a deep back yard, but The big selling points for me online were the free access to the hot springs next door and the free breakfast. The experience didn’t disappoint. The breakfast is grab a and bag and much better than I expected: yogurt, two boiled eggs, a bag of gorp, a danish, and an orange. Coffee was not very good at all, so I would try tea or hot chocolate next time. Cable tv was good and clear, which we appreciated during the Olympics. A very nice surprise was a fenced dog park not mentioned anywhere. Playing fetch with the dog made it possible to enjoy all the other amenities after wearing out the fur baby. Note: It’s not technically in Bozeman (a bit west of town). It’s worth noting they had a game room, sidewalk chalk for kids, and a fitness course as well. It looked like they had a day care for use while enjoying the pools, but I can’t confirm that. Overall the place is very nice. I could stay there for a week easily!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We took advantage of the 12 hot spring pools, free breakfast each morning, live concerts 2 nights a week, and sweeping views of the mountains. Was it a little pricey? Yes. But I’ve paid more for less amenities for sure.

However the hot springs were closed due to Covid. The springs opened right after I left. Traffic noise is constant. Location is good for accessing different areas of the Gallatin Valley, Bigsky, West Yellowstone and the surrounding communities at the headwaters of the Missouri. When the hot springs are open this cannot be beat as you can soak between 6am and 10pm. Clean bathrooms, and laundry a plus. There are trees with shade but you need to request.

I'm certain we've been in parks that were not as nice, but then we didn't pay $80.00 a night for the privilege.I'm sure the price reflects access to the hot springs which during a pandemic seemed like rolling the dice to us. The grass needs cutting and trimming. There are weeds growing in our site along the edge of the unswept concrete picnic area. The trash can near our site was overflowing and very smelly. We love children, just not those who ignore the fact they are playing in the back of our site while their parents look on. Few people are wearing masks that have been mandated in Montana. The bathhouse was not $80.00 a night clean and the water pressure was barely adequate and smelled of sulfur. And no alcohol, apparently not even at your own site. What the hell is that about? If this place hadn't been the only game in town...

We were very close to the path to go to the hot springs which wound up being a nice feature for us, even though it meant a bit of cut-through from other campers. The lawn behind the sites in C Row were immaculate with green grass, nice stone-lined fire pits and large decorative rocks. While the sites are close together, the space on the grass gives it a sense of openness. The share facilities looked nice & clean but we didn’t take advantage of any laundry, bathrooms or breakfast offered as amenities. However, the main focus for us were the use of the hot springs. Campers are given bracelets for access to use the Hot Springs 12 pools which are... incredible. The indoor and outdoor pools vary in temperature from 106-56 degrees, with most comfortable temps. We had inclement weather for most of our 4-night stay and visited the hot springs at least once/day. For $5/day, you can also use their large gym. The campgrounds are about 15 min from Downtown Bozeman and from University of Montana campus. There is a little bakery/coffee shop about 100 yards from the camp that serves a great breakfast burrito.

The back up sites closer to the springs looked very nice as well. Staff were friendly and the included morning breakfast was very nice. The grounds were clean and it was a good short stay. Laundry facilities were also well maintained. The hot springs were nice but staff really need to pay closer attention to grounds keeping and general cleanliness. For the most part things were clean but when I went in the evenings and see trash and then go in the morning and it’s still there. Eww. We did enjoy the springs in the early am; nice way to wake up. Bozeman is close and visiting the Museum of the Rockies was super awesome.

I was concerned about being able to pull out of the site. Surprising amount of road noise due to traffic on the main road towards Yellowstone. While this CG is on the way to Yellowstone it’s too far to make it a day trip so this place would only work as a “staging area” to get to a CG closer to the National Park. I suspect the cost reflects access to the adjacent hot springs. If that is important to you then this place might be worth considering. Otherwise, there are plenty of other CGs in the area that cost less and that would do the job.

Awesome! Beautiful camp grounds , free access into the hot springs and showers were free. Customer service was great! They recently were bought by the owners of the hot springs. It's no longer a KOA but rather the Bozeman hot springs campground. I think with the changing of owners the quality has gone up significantly

It’s also probably why the park costs so much money! They also have free breakfast in the morning at the rec hall. I think they alternate between pancakes & sausage links and biscuits, gravy & eggs. They also had bagels, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal, coffee and oj. It was the only RV park I’ve been to that feeds you free breakfast! The hosts were pretty nice and the campground is nice, even if the layout is a bit odd. You have to go back out on to this side street to get around. Also the entrance isn’t really clear, the signs pointing you to the office are small and hard to see.

Aside from the full timers who live here, it is a clean place. Easy access to the park and town. Side are a bit skinny but no problem pulling in. Some have fire pits,,some don't. Next doors o hot springs, which is nice except they close on says for religious reasons???Would be a prettier place in summer, I stayed in mid March.
