Every site has 50 amp and two sewage inlets to give RV's flexibility when parking. Everything is new, pedestals are new. Very nice firepits. WIFI is poor in this area.Northern and western sites can be narrow. Long timers are here. Lots of grass and a playground. WIFI is excellent. Bathrooms are spacious, Shower stalls are clean. CG has tent sites and cabins. Overflow area too.Quiet, lots of fishing, Nevada City and Virginia City are nearby. This is a nice park which reflects all of the work of the new owner. Please note that my 22 dollar rate a night is based on 650 mo.

We were told that there was only one site left. We decided to take it and paid to stay 9 days. The $49 reflects a Good Sam discount of $5 per night. We noticed that there was a huge difference between the east side of the campground and west. One was well-maintained and the other was marginally kept up with weeds, very uncomfortable tight spaces. We got placed on the west side even though there were several open spaces on the east side. When we inquired about those spaces, we were told they were full. Anyway, we were happy with the AT&T service so we could work. We have a 40 ft. RV and the slides were very tight to our neighbors. After staying 4 nights, our neighbor's sewer ran all over the entire grass area by our doorway, lawn chairs, picnic table etc. The owner angrily came over and told us we couldn't use the water to wash our big outdoor rug and that we shouldn't have one down because it kills the grass. We explained that sewer was all over it. We also noticed outdoor rugs out everywhere. He then dug around in the neighbors sewer hole, scooped out some debris and left us with a sewer soaked grass area around our RV. We went in and asked for another site since we felt it was unsanitary. We asked about the nicer area and he said they were full even though there we several empty. He offered to let us move to one spot that was too small with a tree blocking one end or we could wait for another because someone "might "move. We went back in and said it was unacceptable and wanted a refund and we would leave. He wouldn't refund our money because we paid with a credit card. ???We had to argue that it wasn't safe for our puppy or us to be walking around in raw sewage. He said It wasn't his fault. After much frustration and argument, he found a spot on the east side that would fit our rig but we had to leave a day early with no refund. We agreed since we had already paid for the nine days. Obviously we won't be back. Ennis had a nice RV park and seemed better located so we will go there next time.
