This is a great little campground. Staff was super nice. For pet owners they have a large field next to campground that was great for the dogs to burn some energy. We would stay again.

This was a KOA for a long time. When the owners died, it sat empty for quite a while. Now the new, motivated owner is offering a warm and pleasant welcome to all who camp here. They offer both pull-through and back-in spaces. The park is clean and has mature shade trees. The internet service is very good and telephone service as well (we have Verizon). There are not yet many amenities, as the operation is in the start-up stage. No pool, no laundry, no store, and no clubhouse. The infrastructure is there but Rome wasn’t built in a day. There is some traffic noise from the highway, but it can be ignored. We felt welcome and comfortable here and will likely return. It will be great to see the progress.
