Same guy sprayed down power pedestal, etc., after guests left. We had a very nice, large back in. It sloped considerably more than it appeared to. I know that you need to get the rig pretty level before using auto-level, but having forgot one of my ‘lego’ sets, I decided to manually level it with what I had. I got it as close as I could with 3 sets, but was dissatisfied with it the whole visit. It also meant that (as the slope increased further back) that I barely had room to park the F350. More gravel & more leveling should be done at the site. Great internet. In town, you’d never know it from the trees, etc. in the park.

  • Very nice!

The night manager met us and lead us to our site which was a nice pull through (#52). There was an issue with the electrical power, but the management took care of it right away. We decided to stay another night. We opted for a back in site as we wanted to have a campfire, and only the back it sites have fire rings. We purchased firewood, which was delivered right to our site (#5). For $10, you get a lot of wood. The fire ring was small and the wood was damp, which I think it’s hard to find dry wood in this area. The staff were very pleasant and super helpful. Had to use the WiFi for work, and it worked well. Would definitely recommend this place!

  • High $ for the area

For the price, I thought their wifi would be better than most. But we had to walk closer to the repeater to have continued access. Everything is closed except for the pool which was packed. The time of writing for this review is June 2020.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful. We have two young daughters and they put us in a perfect spot that gave us a wonderful "backyard" with a fire pit. We did have some retail stores as our backyard view across the way, but there are a lot of really nice spots that would prevent this view if desired. Generally, sites 1 - 21 and 74 - 90 are very nicely shaded if you're going in the warmer months. You're not right next to the lake, but very close to it and everything else to fulfill your shopping needs right in Osage Beach. Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Lake of the Ozarks State Park are both very close and had some nice hiking. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we were unable to use the playground and pool, but everything looked very well taken care of. Will definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

  • Best place to camp at the Lake of the Ozarks

We’ve been seasonal weekend warriors here for two years and love it. Great location. Friendly people, fellow campers as well as the new owners are great. Sites are well maintained. Good shade spots. Only RV spaces and a few cabins. Area amenities are fantastic.
