No management on site so office was closed pool was empty . Sites are dirt and gravel some full timers but overall quiet. Low water pressure at my site and one next to it. It’s an over night not much more.

Some long term campers, but plenty of empty sites. 10% off for Good Sam. Rec room and pool are closed. Some road noise unless you run a fan, but it’s really not bad. I think it is pretty nice no frills spot. They are working on refurbishing the pool and rec room. Mostly level sites. Mine was within the bubble without leveling. We have a truck camper, the sites are 60+ foot pull through with 30 and 50 amp service.
