Mostly long term residents.

A winter storm changed our plans so we ended up in KC. This park made for easy access to KC (40 min. to downtown). Pretty close quarters, and nothing fancy. Our neighbors didn’t clean up after themselves, but overall the park is clean.Thank you to the Winter family for a great stay.

We saw the small sign attached to the dumpster and discovered that was the only road in and out of the small park. All transactions were made online and by telephone. We were told by another camper the owner was available in his primary business that was next door in a commercial complex. Pulling into the park, we questioned whether we'd fit or be able to get back out. The look of the park was deceiving. We pulled into site 23, which was not hard to find as this was a small park. The site was FHUs with hookups actually at both ends of the pull through so you could come in either direction and make a buddy site with site 24. The turn to the right for departure looked tight due to the trees and turn in the road but in reality it was not a problem for our 39’ fifth wheel. Most of the guests were railroad workers who were quiet and friendly. There were no amenities and very little highway noise, but we were only there for an overnighter. There was no formal area or trail to walk dogs but there was grass near the road to let them do their business. The owner stopped by to check on our stay, which was a nice touch. We received good Verizon and AT&T signals and got major television channels through our OTA.
