We stayed here for 2 nights for rest on our way west. Pam, the manager, was very sweet and helpful. She had asked some of the long term neighbors to help us park as we were getting there late at night. They were all so helpful. It was a pleasure staying there. The park is clean. Well kept concrete slab spots with full hookups including cable for $40/night. The park does not have bathhouses. I am not sure about laundry facilities, so no comment on that. We would stay here again for sure for the amazing neighbors we had there and the hospitality shown to us by Pam!!!!
