Management is somewhat puzzling: The person on duty from morning to about 4 was great. we had some issues after 4 and we had to deal with someone at the casino by phone. Apparently you’re “on your own” after 4.That said we will stay again because its pleasant and in a good spot for our travel routes.

The park is a convenient location when traveling from the Pensacola area on trips heading west. Access to the RV park is easy and no issues with our class A RV with our towed attached. We stayed in a 50A full hook-up site. All of the sites are pull thru sites and it makes it easier to stop overnight when you have back to back travel days. The cost was $30 plus tax,With the RV Park still operating under the COVID-19 protocols the check-in process included the welcome packet on the door of the office. You pay by phone the next morning starting at 8:30 am local time (CDT/CST). Other changes include the laundry only being open during the business day, pool closed (it does not look like it has been maintained in a while), and the restrooms were not available. Two years ago, the restroom/showers, laundry, and pool were nice and clean. One of the benefits we have taken a couple of times with staying at this RV Park is the buffet at the casino. We did not do it this trip and I do not know if the buffet is open.

The Washington St address will lead to the Casino, down an impossibly steep hill with hardly any room to turn around. The phone number on the email goes nowhere either. The staff on duty was of the "it's not my job" type. The washroom area (showers, WCs) is closed but the laundry is open 8am-4pm. No WiFi, but cable available. Each site (thankfully) has electric, water and sewer. There is no dumpster for trash bags, just some trash receptacles dotted around the park (see photo below). The positive points are the location near Vicksburg, cleanliness, and low price.

I was shocked by an overnighter who was put in one that would have required a minimum 8 inches to get their class A level so be careful of the sites nearest the office area. Overall the sites become more level about the middle of the park toward the railroad tracks. Even in the winter, the railroad tracks were not that bad noise-wise to me. As others have mentioned the pads are concrete some cracking but sufficient. There are a few trees about the park but don't count on these for shade.Image is looking up the Park from the next to the last site you can see the

Would have liked to dry camp in their adjacent parking lot but was told we could not until park was full. Not sure if they would have sent security to us or not but there was one 50amp available so we took it, Lady at front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly.Sites are quite close and the park has many people who are staying long term for their jobs. All amenities worked very well, sites were quite level; however, our site was not well maintained with ruts in grass, not mowed or trimmed, pieces of insulation laying on the ground and cement was cracked in several places. For the price and being a Casino campground we expected a nicer, better kept park.If coming thru again we would come in later and just dry camp or find another park to camp at.

We wanted to visit the Civil War battlefield and check out the town of Vicksburg. The park is owned by the casino, but not so close to cause any concern about traffic to and from the casino. I saw their security vehicle pass through the area several times during the night. The shower room was warm, clean, and the water was hot with good pressure. Many campers were only there for one night so there is a lot of movement in the mornings. Also, the grounds are very well lit up, which causes a lot of light coming in the windows all through the night. There is a train that passes nearby, but there is no whistle and it didn't cause any problems for us.

It is convenient to the casino as well as all the sites along the river. The entrance has a steep downhill grade when entering. It was pretty good as an overnight stop just off I-20, with free WiFi that was actually usable, and a large grassy field good for short dog walks. Both Verizon and AT&T worked well. Our site and many others were un-level, with the front being much higher than the back. Even with all our wood blocks under the back tires and our jacks extended we could not get level. The sites (all pull-throughs) were also a little short, so our 37' motorhome and tow car didn't quite fit. We had to disconnect the car and pull it right up behind the RV. Others had to park their cars sideways. Site spacing was typical... fairly close to your neighbor, but not right on top of each other. We didn't visit the casino or the town, as ours was just an overnight stop. We'd consider staying here again overnight as the location near I-20 was convenient and it was relatively quiet, but we wouldn't go out of our way to stay again.

We liked this park. It had easy access from the I-20 and they had a casino shuttle which was very convenient. Our site was level although a little short for a pull thru but we didn't have any problems with our 40 ft MH. The concrete pad was a little narrow so we ended up walking in the grass which isn't a problem if it's not raining.
