Checkin was easy, an envelope was left in the box after having reserved online. Many large, long-term units in the park but we were there midweek so most of them weren’t occupied. It was quite quiet even though not far from the freeway or airport. Would stay here again.

Looks like many permanent/seasonal folks but everyone was very nice. Our packet was outside when we arrived. Site #30 was a very long pull-thru. We fit a 40' fifth wheel & full bed GMC 3500 and had enough room to park another rv. Great site!! Utilities worked well and very little noise from I-55. The campground is tucked behind an RV dealership, which is helpful if you need anything. Bathrooms were clean and well lit. Dog park very nice and several "doggy stations" around the park. Office folks were very nice.Unfortunately the week we were there the laundry machines were being swapped out so we had to find a laundromat. That is the only negative for our visit. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

The office was very flexible about accommodating us as we were unsure whether we would need three or more days. Definitely some long term rentals but every site was immaculate, showers and laundry were very clean and office staff was so friendly and helpful. Full hookups were were fine, but wi-fi and cable did not work and we even had their maintenance man come over to check out our cable and he admitted it didn’t work well at many of the sites. We had a great end site which was pull through. Nice dog area, but steep hill inside it for drainage, which could be a mess if your dog goes down there during rain; ask me how I know. Nice area to walk and we felt safe. We would stay again if we pass through the area. Roads through Memphis were terrible!!

  • Wonderfully maintained RV park.

There are a lot of long term residents here but don't be deterred they all have been super friendly and all of their sites are well taken care of, not a negative part of the park at all. Facilities are IMMACULATE. Bathrooms/showers are perfectly cared for, laundry room is in good repair, it's clean and machines work wonderfully (2.25 to wash, 2.25 to dry) Sites are level and spaced fairly close together, I'd say a standard spacing for a commercial RV park, all sites are full hook ups +cable. Cable is hit or miss, We have odd routines so we are using the amenities during non peak times so the wifi and cable are amazing when we are using them, however it does seem in peak times the cable gets a bit grainy and the wifi seems overloaded, again during non peak they are great amenities.Park is big rig friendly, no worries here, easy in easy out from the interstate all the way to your spot. The highlight of my stay here so far is the staff. I had a bit of an embarrassing debacle during my stay and they were so very helpful to me, and did so with a smile and without teasing me. Wonderful service by everyone and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I recommend this place if you are passing through on 55 or if you want to explore Memphis. top notch.

Stayed 4 nights in spot 127 located in the newer portion of the park across the street from the office. Paved streets, nice grass, level concrete pads. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer). Internet was solid. We survived the infamous Arctic Blast of November, 2019 here. We knew it would be freezing so we unhooked our water hose, but in talking to the office apparently a dozen or so people forgot and froze lines or hoses. One of our plastic valves froze and cracked on a line but we drove around the corner to the RV store and bought a replacement.Half the park is permanent (or long-term) residents. Spoke with one of our neighbors and his sister lived at the park for 13 years and he just moved in this year. But it doesn't look trashy. All the sites (including permanent residents) look tidy and welcoming. We could not hear any freeway noise and rarely heard any airplanes at night. During the day we watched several airplanes (mostly FedEx) fly overhead, but it wasn't crazy loud.It was close enough to Memphis to just hop on the freeway and get to town without driving too far. WalMart, grocery stores and shopping are just an exit away. Easy access off the freeway with several nearby fast-food restaurants. We also shopped at the outlets across the freeway. Gas was cheaper than most stations in the area at the Shell near the RV park.

  • Expensive for having no tv and internet.

We had stayed here before. The location is good for the County Fair in town and close to shopping. You will need to get some good driving directions.

  • Clean but on flight path of Memphis airport.

The park is clean and convenient to get to off I-55. Cable TV is not the best. Many channels are fuzzy and others do not work. Wi-Fi is Nonfunctional! I believe that price is excessive for the park.

Also the owner doesn't know how to talk to people, talks down to you. Talked to some others here and the rates have increased twice in 8 months. The first time was told it was for improvements to the wifi and cable, but nothing has been done from what I've seen. Also there are number of work trucks with very loud exhaust systems that will wake you up, so no sleeping late!!
