This is a regular stop for us. The park has always been well kept and it is the same this time too. There are both back in and pull through sites - long, level, concrete pads, WiFi, cable, FHUs, all for under $25/night. However, the cable is just analog and was very fuzzy so we set up our portable Dish and the WiFi is weak even though the park isn’t full, so someone must be streaming. Usually we find the WiFI works well. Picnic tables with a roof over them are scattered through park, but they are not at every site. Our back in site 72 happened to have one. No shade at the sites. ATT and Verizon both work. Usually it is a very busy park, but was not this time – we are here during the week which probably makes a difference. The casino and restaurants are both open. RV guests have a laundry room and restrooms with showers – we didn’t use them this time but they are still in good shape. RV guests are also permitted to use the indoor swimming pool of the hotel, although we didn’t use that either. We aren’t here to gamble, but to visit relatives who live nearby; we stop at this park every time we are close to this area and will continue to do so. People who don’t mind a bit of a drive (about 50 minutes) can easily get to Memphis for day trips.

Needed a place with solid cell signal on my way to AZ so I could work a couple days, and this place worked. There were only maybe 10-15 spaces occupied out of ~120, so lots to choose from. Pull thrus were long and level concrete pads which backed up to a golf course. Only complaint was the check in process, needing to go into the hotel to check in. If casinos are your thing this is a fine place to stay. Bandwidth speeds on a Pepwave router: AT&T - 60mbps down, 20mbps up on average. Verizon on my iPhone was strong but didn’t take any speed tests.
