I was stopping by The Shed for BBQ and saw this place listed, but no reviews. I guess it's all about location...close to I-10 and all that the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. The stated price was $46 but when I offered Good Sam she knocked it down to $40. The park isn't much to look at - many longer term tenants and no landscaping to speak of. But the folks in the office were very friendly and liked my dog. I walked down to check out my site at the far end of the park before paying and it was fine - grass (no mud), reasonably level and decent hookups. The neighbors next door in a huge class A & trailer combo were very nice. They were only here for a couple of days as well. AT&T hotspot speed 33 down/22 up and T-Mobile 5G 67 down/7 up. Having great BBQ next door and decent Mexican across the hwy was convenient but this isn't a destination park but convenient and possibly cheaper than some of the nearby nicer resorts.
