Gravel, muddy, close to I-10 with easy check-in. Level gravel dirt spot with some mud. Good elec, water, did not use sewer. Fairly Quiet with occasional vehicle coming in during the middle of the night. Some junky full-time residence and some very expensive full-time rigs. Next time through will find a different campsite.

Not really set up for to large of rigs. Flat spots sort of gravel and kinda muddy and very tiny spots. All hook ups are in the middle of the spot. We wanted to stay hooked up and with the hookups in the middle and our long setup we couldn’t hook our sewer up. Friendly staff but this is mainly full timers living here. Also loud.

  • Convenient location off I-65 and not too far from Biloxi

That's the good news. On the downside, although the sites are level, only half are pull through and the rest are back-in and very close together. We have a bumper pull travel trailer and my husband is an excellent backer, he had to really jockey to get into our site. The roadway is narrow and with campers on both sides with their slideouts and awnings extended, it was very hard to get our rig positioned. The WiFi was okay but no cable tv.
