Nice, clean, most snow birds at this time of year. Very friendly group. Nice extra large dog park. Right across the street from beach. A bit noisy when the trains pass by, but that doesn’t bother us. Casino’s are close. We have stayed here twice and will do so again. Right across the street from beach. A bit noisy when the trains pass by, but that doesn’t bother us. Casino’s are close. We have stayed here twice and will do so again. You are a bit close, but both times we stayed we were given nice sites with no one on each side. Now let me state this park is always full, so book early.

Pull-thru sites were very roomy. My only complaint is that the WiFi is very weak at times and can be frustrating. The free pastries in the morning was a welcome addition. The beach was super close and be sure to check out Shaggy’s just down the road! I would have given 5 stars if the pool was heated and the WiFi was more consistent! There are several trains that pass behind the campground throughout the night and day but we are pretty heavy sleepers and it honestly doesn’t bother us!

Check-in was easy and contactless. The pool looked nice, the bath house was very clean and well kept. The kids enjoyed the playground. Our spot was a little tight. If we stay there again will try to get one closer to the entrance where they are bigger. Overall the resort was quite nice but looks like it could get quite crowded when full. Some of the sites could be very tricky to get in and out of if all the neighboring sites are taken. There is a railroad that is behind the resort but it’s not that big of a deal as long as you know you will hear trains on and off.

This location was perfect for us. We liked the big rig section up front and the space allotted for us to get the coach in position to pull in. Good easy full hookups. Level gravel site. There is no trash pickup at sites and dumpsters are a little inconvenient (no big deal but want to mention). There is a club/game room with some posted activities next to the office - be sure to check in there as it wasn't mentioned at all during our check-in. Some noise from road and jets, but didn't bother us at all.

The park was about half full, so there was no one parked directly next to us on either side. Our site was under a large tree which offered some shade. The facility seems to be well maintained with nice showers, laundry, pool (no hot tub), clubhouse, outdoor fireplace, dog park, hammock, games, etc. The park is directly across from the beach, but it's not the nicest part of the beach. The only downside we found was that there was a lot of noise from sirens, trains and a go-cart racing track that's next-door. None of it was so obnoxious that it would be a deterrent to our staying here again, but it's definitely not a peaceful beach retreat if that's what you're looking for.
