Nicole and Cory are the managers (who live on site) and are always available. The tidy well stocked office is open every day. They receive and organize all mail and packages. The adjacent laundry room has 6 industrial washers and dryers ($3-$5 per load). The 2 bathrooms with showers are clean and well maintained. Lots of folks are here...moreNicole and Cory are the managers (who live on site) and are always available. The tidy well stocked office is open every day. They receive and organize all mail and packages. The adjacent laundry room has 6 industrial washers and dryers ($3-$5 per load). The 2 bathrooms with showers are clean and well maintained. Lots of folks are here in big rigs for medical treatment but at least half the park are full time residents. Far from a parking lot, there are lots of trees throughout with level lots each with adjacent cement pads. There is a meditation garden and dog run. The entire park is fenced, has video monitors, and security gates to enter and exit. The park itself is very low key but don't be surprised by construction and road noise from Main Street and the 610 loop a block away. If needed, Cory drives the shuttle to the medical center. It's really great this park is available just a few miles from the hospital complex. Nicole and Cory were friendly and always happy to provide advice and assistance. Guests just need to do a better job of cleaning up after their dogs.

Rating is taking into consideration where and what it is, they're doing the best they can with what they've got. It's an urban campground. We stayed here because of the proximity to family living in the med center area. Road noise is constant day and night, so it fades into the background eventually. Fast free internet was a bonus. Site was level, pea gravel to park on and concrete pad patio was a nice feature. Sites are small. Clean and tidy park. Interior roads were fine, easy in and out. First park we stayed at with a barbed wire fence. U-Haul less than a mile down the road where we filled up propane. We would stay here again, due to the convenience to the med center area.

Very clean and quiet. Great management. Laundry and showers. Dog park was a bonus. Medical shuttle was fantastic. Great place to stay.
