Used as an overnight stop as we make a long run southbound along I-35. LOTS of permanent residents or permanent vacation trailers, Thus, lots of decks, clutter and other personal effects of the permanent folks. Not a lot of space for transients passerby’s. Our space was basic, required side to side leveling and a bit muddy (apparently they had a ton of rain recently). Straight forward check-in. For some reason they close the bathhouse from 8PM-7AM, and even then it wasn’t opened up until 8AM. Thought that to be kind of strange. Had a nice looking pool, clubhouse, and basic sundries in the store – none of which we used. A little pricey for the quality of site.

My family spent a little over a month here. We had to book last minute, and owners were very nice and accommodating on short notice. They put us up in one of their sites with just water and electricity for a few days until another site with full hook ups became available. Very nice pool and great place for kids to hang out. Made plenty of new friends while there. Would definitely go back again!
