We called ahead and Roger reserved our site. We backed in to a great little grassy spot with water/power. Septic is at camp but not at each site. The campground is a 55 acre park with trees, pool, kids playground, grassy area by the water and docks for peoples small boats. We heard it’s great for fishing and we arrived at the end of a Walleye tournament. Super nice respectful folks.

This had no reviews when I checked it on Campendium, but my wife urged me to give it a shot. I am so happy we did. It’s minimal by design with back in spots on sand surrounded by grass. This seems to be a local favorite which is probably why it’s off (or was) ofd Campendium-Users radar. The water is accessible but caters to fishing with boat ramp and slips. Very well maintained with a pool and lots of acreage. If we ever come through here again we’ll seek it out. Important note AT&T works extremely well and Verizon is great too. In pretty sure the tower is less than a mile away.
