For 16 nights straight before here, and for 5 nights since leaving this park our power cord works perfectly..... still works ! The staff lent us a power cord to use over night. It connected , but ours would not ??? The owner was rather snippy .....it's not our power posts problem... it's your cord.... * Well it is Not our cords problem ! It is still working at all other parks !! Don't understand the connectivity issue ?? The park itself seems lovely. Verizon worked well there for us but AT&T was weak.... and NO enclosed dog park area.

This is our second time here and it’s still just as great as the first time. The staff is friendly as always, and it’s still a quiet and peaceful little campground. This has become our goto place when we’re in South Dakota.

A splitter was already attached. There weren't many campers but the restrooms were clean. Dont know about the showers. Small swimming pool with a hot tub. I wou and d have given 5 stars but due to an unexpected work problem my hubby needed to work for 4 hours after check out. When I asked to pay extra to stay, I was told their policies do not allow late check out. The employee/owner(dont know which) first checked to be sure our site was not rented for that evening and it wasn't. He then said I could pay for another night(nightly rate $45). We could not stay another night, so I drove to a close by campground and for $20 they allowed us to pull in and plug in for the 4 hours we needed. There is onsite WiFi that worked well, they have multiple routers. My husband was able to remotely login to his workplace via his phones At&T hotspot. He needs extra security. Overall, I would recommend this campground, but when the say checkout is 11 they mean it.

Lovely campground. Easy access from I-90, but quiet and well-maintained. Friendly staff. Booked with a discounted "Covid-19" special pre-Sturgis Rally. Gravel site on hillside in smaller back loop with just a bit of slope. Pine forested hill views. Easy in/out for sightseeing, hiking, and business tasks in Rapid City.

Thick plush grass- I almost felt bad about parking on it. There was some confusion about which way we should park, but everything worked out. No mats allowed on the grass. This was the first time we heard this but the grass was so nice we didn’t need our mat/rug. The water was cold and absolutely no taste of anything else. ...moreThick plush grass- I almost felt bad about parking on it. It’s about 3/4 of a mile as the crow flies from I-90 but not too loud during the day. We slept with windows open at night and didn’t notice any noise. Friendly staff.

Really nice campground. It’s far enough off of I-90 to be away from the noise but still right in the middle of everywhere you want to be. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The sites are very well kept and clean. The prices are reasonable. Great cell phone service on both T-Mobile and Verizon. We’ll definitely be back.

Off I90 by a mile and one of the few parks in the area with trees. Every new guest is surprised by what they've discovered in Rush-No-More. Whereas there are a limited number of sites with trees, there are acres of National forest at the edge of the property to hike. The pool is clean and heated in-season. And the hot tub will bubble away the road aches.Convenient to I90 but ya don't have to look at it. Kinda half-way between everything there is to see and do in the Black Hills. We've been working here for 2 months so far and love the park and the area! We would definitely come here again to work or visit! (Btw gave 4 stars for noise only cuz I prefer not to hear the background highway hum.)
