Let me start by saying that, make no mistake, this is an RV Park. On the plus side, it's not a concrete slab-pit of a park, it's a cute RV campground.I had a change of plans that put me in the area for a family reunion at the last minute so I emailed a few places to see if there was availability. Doug, one of the owners, responded very promptly that they actually had one space. I called and spoke with Kelli (his wife and other owner) and locked in the spot. When I arrived both Doug and Kelli were in the office and they are an AMAZINGLY wonderful couple and friendly RV park owners! I got all checked in, and Doug showed me to the spot and even helped me align my sewer hook up! Here are the Pro's and Con's:Pro:* SUPER location, right across the street from Warren Dunes!* Right off the highway!* Clean RV Park* Amazingly nice owners* Quiet park with mostly seasonal campers* Ice Cream shop at the driveway (not owned by the campground, but right next door)Con:- RV Park - albeit it's not concrete slabs, it's super full of seasonal campers is huge fifth wheels, motor coaches, etc.- Most spaces are pretty close together on all sides, not much a view of anything.- Seasonal Campers (lots of campers have a lot of 'things' outside their campers and it looks slightly cluttered).- Cell Coverage is limited.
