Lake Leelanau RV Park is your standard lake-front resort type RV park. They have the pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, etc. They have kayaks, paddleboards, and even a few boats for rent. One thing they do not have is a dog park. They claim to have a "dog run" area but it's just a section on a dirt road with no enclosure and it's way t...moreLake Leelanau RV Park is your standard lake-front resort type RV park. They have the pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, etc. They have kayaks, paddleboards, and even a few boats for rent. One thing they do not have is a dog park. They claim to have a "dog run" area but it's just a section on a dirt road with no enclosure and it's way too close to the main road. There are a lot of long-term/seasonal RVs here and the sites are close together. You're not quite on top of each other but there is absolutely no privacy between sites. The park is pretty quiet overall and there was no road noise from where we were.I believe all of the RV sites have 20, 30 and 50 amp connections, sewer and water. The parking pads are cement and all sites have a fire pit and picnic table. The cement pad has room for the picnic table and a few chairs too. The grounds were well kept, but the grass was patchy throughout the park, which is not a major issue unless it rains and you end up with a lot of mud puddles around your site. Thankfully our cement pad area drained well. We picked a site with a lake view and the view out our front door was great. The area surrounding the park is beautiful. There are several wineries within just a few miles. We drove up to Leland for dinner at "The Cove" and I highly recommend it. Great views and great food.They have wifi available for a fee but we did not use it. The cell service is ok, 2 to 3 bars where we were.If you like the resort style RV parks then you'll probably love this place.

We vacationed here for 11 days and this was one of the cleanest and most beautiful campgrounds we’ve been to! When a guest leaves after their stay, the staff was right there mowing and prepping the site for the next guest. They even have morning trash pick up right at your site! Covid hampered most of the activities but we were...moreWe vacationed here for 11 days and this was one of the cleanest and most beautiful campgrounds we’ve been to! When a guest leaves after their stay, the staff was right there mowing and prepping the site for the next guest. They even have morning trash pick up right at your site! Covid hampered most of the activities but we were still able to rent a boat for the day. There is so much to do in the area too! And wineries galore! Would most definitely be back!

Family owned and operated. Beautiful RV park with lots to do for adults and kids. A little on the expensive side, but up in the Travers City area of Michigan. A little on the expensive side, but up in the Travers City area of Michigan. Everything is expensive during the prime time summer months. We stayed here numerous times, in a tent, pop-up and now a 31' travel trailer. The last couple of summers we've camped on site 129. Our 31' trailer fits here perfectly and it's just a short walk to the beach or boat dock. This site is also extra wide so there's extra room for a nice big campfire and lots of friends to enjoy it with you. $2.00 gets you all the ice cream you can eat on Saturday night and if your lucky you'll have a chance to listen to the beautiful pipe organ or check out the model trail layout.
